Appointment was made the day before for 11 am. Tech was an hour late for the scheduled appointment. After waiting and postponing my business, he was unable to open the door. What kind of locksmith can't open a door? I am still locked out and have to find a competent locksmith to open the door and make a key. Do not use this locksmith under any circumstances. The owner has not contacted me to apologize or offer to come out himself. I am in disbelief at the disregard for customers time and needs. Just unbelievable!! read more

Responded professionally & quickly but sadly charged twice as much to rekey locks at my daughters home compared to 2 other bids. Two other companies were charging $25 per lock and they charged $50 per rekey for basic locks. (4 locks) They charged $35 service call while others did charge $55. Definitely feel like my daughter was taken advantage of and sadly would not recomend using this lock company. I used Yelp thinking they were reliable but sadly a bad experience I did contact company directly to say how disappointed we were with the price and they never called back although the guy who answered was respectful Again , do not use this company Much cheaper rekeying options available !! read more

Carlos came out at exactly the time he promised, got the work done super quickly, and was super friendly... The only thing I didn't (and still don't) understand, is the $30 "Service Charge"... Why is there an additional fee or "tax" in addition to the labor charge? Other than that, everything else could not have gone smoother. read more

I was locked out of my house while doing yard work. I called 3 companies. The 1st wanted to charge me $30 just for the service call and an extra $65 - $200 for the locksmith....I said "Thanks but no thanks!". The 2nd locksmith was nice and stated the technician would call me to give me a quote....cool. I waited a few minutes then call TN Premier Locksmith. They gave me a quote range of $85 - $100, which was reasonable. The technician texted me and was there within 15 minutes. I have a smart lock so my situation turned into a "we have to drill the lock and replace it". That would also increase the price. I wasn't too happy as I like all of my locks to match (color, style, etc.) but I agreed with drilling it, and decided to replace it when I could later purchase a matching lock. Well, the technician handled the situation like a pro. I was very upset about being locked out, tired and thirsty....but the technician was professional, nice and knowledgeable. Before I knew it, he had opened the door.....yay!!!! Soon the technician was packing up his things and swiping my card for payment....well worth the price! He then asked me: "Are you happy now?" I cracked a smile and replied "yes". I could now use the restroom and get some water. I then saved TN Premier in my phone for any future services. I showered and got into bed to relaxed. Ten minutes later, the 2nd locksmith called me to offer their services. I replied that a locksmith had already come to let me in my house. They inquired about the name of the locksmith company that provided me the service. I proudly said: "TN PREMIER"! Thank you TN Premier! It's been a long, rough day! But your service was quick, reasonably priced and professional. Thank you!!!! I'm resting in best for the remainder of the day! Lol!!! read more

Great experience being locked out of a running car in a grocery store parking lot. The call was answered on the first try, and I got a call back in 3 minutes from a tech that gave me an ETA. I was in my car in well under 5 minutes after waiting for approx 30 min for the tech to arrive. (30 min is a really short timeframe on a sunday afternoon). My sister and I were locked out of her house a couple of nights ago (around 8:00 p.m.). I called several local locksmiths (the house is in Bellevue) to find out the charge and how long I was going to have to wait. The closest locksmith didnt answer the phone, the second was 20 mins away...and since we were being eaten alive my mosquitos, I decided to call one additional company to see if they could get to us any quicker. I called TN Premier Locksmith and Sean answered promptly..and with enthusiasm...which gave me great confidence that he may be able to help. After getting our address, he gave us an ETA of 14 minutes but was there closer to 10 and was able to get us in quickly! Had a difficult key to program but the locksmith spent a lot of time and effort working on it.

This 5 star rating is for Sean, who is professional and seems to know anything and everything about locks, car keys, etc. He is truly a one stop shop. It was done fast, with good communication, and very clean. The guy knows what he is doing. However, I will say Sean was not the first person from this company to come out to check on my situation. I was charged $30 for the first service visit from another tech with no results, and essentially had to start over the next day with Sean and pay another $30. The work from Sean was great, so I looked the other way on this. I would still recommend Sean for others seeking this service. Considering the usual high importance of hiring a locksmith, you are getting the right bang for your buck here. read more

Horrible, horrible company. Had appt scheduled and random Service Technician called, did not identify himself properly. Then the manager later calls and says we did "not authorize?" These guys are confused, mispresented themselves and refused to honor an appointment. I had to call several times to get status updates. After 5pm, I cancelled.
