Appreciated the quick response and courteous tech that tried to fix it Very soon after that it broke again, same issue, locked and unable to enter through that door. Here I am 3/24/23 and my door is still broken after three calls this month, was told today that they are still ooking for a lock that will work on that door. I had much rather they would have told me from the beginning that they could not fix it. I will let you be the judge whether this is acceptable business practices or not.
