He checked to make sure I had a good battery in the fob, and explained how to use it in the event that the fob battery died on me and not in a position to immediately replace it. I hadn't known that, so that could end up being really good knowledge one day. Would hate to be stranded somewhere unnecessarily due to a dead key fob battery! Was all done in about 10 minutes.
