I wouldn't recommend. The fob on Mercedes wasn't working and locked the steering wheel. During the next 4 days they kept giving me different ways to unlock the wheel and bring it to them which didn't work including taking parts off and bringing to them. They were too lazy to come to me only 20 mins away. I Finally had enough and called a competitor. Within 4hrs, the competitor came to me and properly diagnosed the car which had nothing to do with what Armstrong was telling me. I was there maybe 8 minutes and was handed a replacement key with chip and remote working perfectly. When I purchased the car in July, it came with only one key. I inquired about high security residential locks. The guy promised me he'd call back with details on a special order request, but I never heard from him. I proactively followed up a few days later and the same thing happened. Disappointing. Looks like they have a great reputation when it comes to autos, but I'd say to look elsewhere for any sort of decent residential lock. I guess a 5 pin Schlage would do it for most, but not for me. Too bad these guys didn't call me back. I found what I was looking for at another place and spent 4 figures. Rahim is the best! He has helped me out twice now and both times has gone above and beyond. The first time he came out my assistant had broken a key off in the lock. He fixed it in 5 minutes and then went out of his way to help me with another project I was working on. He also took the time to spray our locks to make sure that no keys broke off in the door again. These folks are excellent! Sako was extraordinarily patient as I brought a car over that couldn't hold enough of a charge to get an ignition key re-programmed; they clearly are quite busy (probably because of being good at what they do), but I never felt rushed as a customer despite the key I was trying to get help with being quite a bit more complicated than expected because of my own car's battery issues. We finally got the car's battery charged up enough for him to get his wizardry done in getting the key I had re-programmed to work with my car successfully. A+ work!!
