I needed a spare key for my 2021 RAV4 hybrid. They supplied me with a OME Toyota key fob and also programmed it for my car. The entire process took about 30 minutes at their shop. I would highly recommend them. read more

Called to see if they had services available for my key fob reprogramming. The person who answered asked me a few questions to understand more about my situation. I answered the steps I had took towards my car, and suggested something else other than what he suggested. He then asked me what neighborhood they'd be traveling to to potentially schedule the next day. The line then went dead. I felt very dismissed with the whole interaction. EDIT: Owner reached out after my review to try to resolve the situation. read more

Fast response, friendly, quick service! They programmed by 4-Runner key as I only got one key when I bought my car. Worked like a charm, fast and easy. Would recommend! read more

Simply amazing!! My car key was taken by accident from work and I could not wait or have a key out in the world with access to my Prius. I called, they gave me a very reasonable quote, took my info, and with in 2 hours the job was done as requested and stated. I will be getting a second key made for the vehicle from them and recommend them to any and everyone who needs their service! Plus Raheim was very pleasant and polite. read more

I came in today to get my key programmed, they said yes without a doubt, I even brought one in and no issue at all and affordable pricing. Nissan Dealership was unsure, basically discouraging me that it may not work, and was charging triple the amount with the provided key and even more with them providing the key.. They programmed my key with no issues at all.. Thank you guys! read more

In and out in 10 minutes! I had two keys cut and programmed for my 4-Runner. I bought the blank keys online and brought them in but noticed that was unnecessary, they have stock of every key imaginable. It's very rare to get low cost, high level of service and high-quality all at once but Armstrong delivered. I have a go to now if I ever need locksmith service again. read more

Definitely recommend them and will most assuredly call them if/when I need another locksmith service. I needed a 2nd key for a used Toyota that I bought. They were able to source and program the key at a reasonable price, and in a timely manner. read more

Small friendly company. They were able to find and program an additional key fob for a new car. Much more affordable than the dealership. Call in advance to make sure they have the key in stock or how quickly they can get one. It was a pleasure doing business with them. read more

They Did Great! Affordable Price, came quickly, nice, Knew what he was doing! Would recommend.

I wouldn't recommend. The fob on Mercedes wasn't working and locked the steering wheel. During the next 4 days they kept giving me different ways to unlock the wheel and bring it to them which didn't work including taking parts off and bringing to them. They were too lazy to come to me only 20 mins away. I Finally had enough and called a competitor. Within 4hrs, the competitor came to me and properly diagnosed the car which had nothing to do with what Armstrong was telling me. Two hrs later I was up and running and it was $700 LESS than Armstrong quoted without actually looking at the vehicle. Bad experience. read more

I am so glad I found Armstrong Locksmith. Needed a spare key for my '87 Porsche. To get it from Porsche is wildly expensive and another locksmith told me he had to buy a new cutter saw for steel keys. He said it would be $200. I walked into Armstrong and a minute later walked out with a perfect new key for my old girl at a price that can't be beat! Highly recommend! They can make keys for new Porsches too. Don't go to the dealer! read more

Easy fast and a good price. Rahim dis a great job and I had a new key in less than 10 minutes.

Key didn't fit and the locksmith let me drive off with a faulty key. Seriously poor service. And charge an arm and a leg.

These guys were able to get me a package discount. Highly recommended! They will work with you.

I was in a bind as our safe combo could not be remembered. So I took it here The were professions and awesome! Thanks!!!! read more

Went out of their way to get a replacement key fob for an Audi. Very easy to work with and helpful.

STOP! Do not go to the dealership to get your car key fob made. I highly recommend Armstrong Locksmith. I was there maybe 8 minutes and was handed a replacement key with chip and remote working perfectly. When I purchased the car in July, it came with only one key. Nissan said it would cost between $275 and $500 to create a new one. Today Rany made it and I walked out spending only $275 plus tax! Just for kicks, I called the dealership where I purchased the car and was quoted $475 for a new key! Talk about gouging.... Go to Armstrong Locksmith!!!! read more

Super friendly dude, fast service and extremely personable and respectful. Recommend 100%.

Last spring I bought a new to me used car with a keyfob. Those are handy, but I was always considered because I didn't have a spare. So, I found Armstrong, and they made exactly what I needed. In December, I bought a new, new car that came with two key fobs, and just in case I had Armstrong make another spare key. I guess at my age I prefer a belt and suspenders. read more

They were able to come out right away. Super friendly and quick service. Highly recommend!

Armstrong told me when he would be available, so I scheduled my visit accordingly. He was friendly when I arrived, easily diagnosed my problem, provided a fairly priced fix for my missing car fob, and threw in a free house key as well. Great price, quick service, friendly and professional. Will definitely go back for any future needs. read more

I needed to have a duplicate key made for my Hyundai Elantra. I chose Armstrong because of their long-standing presence in the Nashville area and positive reviews. I received a quote over the phone and paid up-front for the duplicate key. There was a bit of a mix up regarding the timeline to have the new key cut and programmed, but the owner was able to rectify the issue by offering to come to me to have the service complete (on a day the shop was closed, at that!) I'm overall very satisfied with the quick and friendly efficient service! read more

Rahim is the best! He has helped me out twice now and both times has gone above and beyond. The first time he came out my assistant had broken a key off in the lock. He fixed it in 5 minutes and then went out of his way to help me with another project I was working on. He also took the time to spray our locks to make sure that no keys broke off in the door again. On top of that he even made a replace key for the one that broke! Today he came by and helped me fix my commercial door and of course did not disappoint. He was fast, friendly, and efficient! He also asked if I needed help with anything else. He provides great customer service and is never pushy or makes you feel like just a number. I recommend using Armstrong locksmith for all your locksmith needs! read more

Just a great experience. I wanted to rekey my elderly mothers 3 doors. Armstrong responded in one day, arrived promptly and did great work. They even cleaned up using a vacuum. Super polite also! If you need a locksmith, call Armstrong. read more

These folks are excellent! Sako was extraordinarily patient as I brought a car over that couldn't hold enough of a charge to get an ignition key re-programmed; they clearly are quite busy (probably because of being good at what they do), but I never felt rushed as a customer despite the key I was trying to get help with being quite a bit more complicated than expected because of my own car's battery issues. We finally got the car's battery charged up enough for him to get his wizardry done in getting the key I had re-programmed to work with my car successfully. A+ work!! Would highly recommend this shop, especially based on the professionalism and quality of communication. read more

I inquired about high security residential locks. The guy promised me he'd call back with details on a special order request, but I never heard from him. I proactively followed up a few days later and the same thing happened. Disappointing. Looks like they have a great reputation when it comes to autos, but I'd say to look elsewhere for any sort of decent residential lock. I guess a 5 pin Schlage would do it for most, but not for me. Too bad these guys didn't call me back. I found what I was looking for at another place and spent 4 figures. Notice to all business owners - you never know how much money you leave on the table by not calling back. Unfortunately, this is becoming routine across the board. I guess business is booming? read more
