These ppl are life savers! My clumsy self forgot my keys in my car while I was getting some ice cream. I come back outside only to realize that my keys are sitting right on my passenger seat ( guess I was just in a rush to get some ice cream haha). I called them and he said someone should get to me within 30 mins. I was a little upset he said 30 mins because of this Nashville heat but to my surprise a technician got to me in about 15 mins, boy was I glad. Well, I figured that it was time to replace the locks on the house after my son lost his keys. I called these guys after a friend of mine recommended them to me. When I called, they were happy to talk me through the pricing options. When the tech came by, he had changed all 6 locks in about 2 hours. The price was exactly what i would expect to have payed. We have always received great service;it's a local owner and he has always serviced our account himself. He opened our safe when we lost the combination, and was able to replace two different door locks with new locks he had with him.
