Kevin was great. Showed up to program a key fob for a new/used car I had just purchased, and cut the blank key that was embedded inside it. He checked to make sure I had a good battery in the fob, and explained how to use it in the event that the fob battery died on me and not in a position to immediately replace it. I hadn't known that, so that could end up being really good knowledge one day. Would hate to be stranded somewhere unnecessarily due to a dead key fob battery! Was all done in about 10 minutes. When you need a locksmith and want friendly, prompt service at a fair price, these are the guys to call. They show up when they say they are going to and do what they promised to do. I had a broken latch on a door leading to my garage at my home. I first called another locksmith in Franklin, sent photos, talked on the phone, emailed back and forth... the locksmith was to order a replacement latch from the manufacturer... four weeks later, nothing but excuses all blamed on the manufacturer. I finally found Cool Springs Lock and Key. They were at my door within an hour of my call. They installed a generic replacement latch and ordered a warranted replacement latch from the manufacturer while they were at my home. The replacement latch arrived at my place within two days and these guys were out to install it within 45 minutes of my call to let them know the part was here.
