I used Carlos Locksmith to rekey all the locks on a house we purchased. I had reached out to several locksmiths before deciding on Carlos Locksmith. They were responsive, showed up when they said they would, did a great job, finished the job pretty quickly, and did it for a very fair cost. Additionally, they were very nice and courteous. I highly recommend Carlos Locksmith. read more

I used the Yelp feature to look for quotes on a locksmith because my keyless entry for my car wasn't working. My car alarm would blare every time I opened my door manually and I'm sure my neighbors have hated me this past week. Carlos got back to me super fast and sent his son directly to my job within 30 minutes to get me squared away. I need a second keyless entry for my car and his quote was much less and would be done faster than if I go to the dealership. I'm excited to do business with them again in the near future! read more

We used the Yelp mass request for quotes when we were looking for a locksmith to change the locks in a home we just purchased. Carlos responded almost immediately with a breakdown of his charges. His prices seems fair and he could come out the next day. Carlos came out as promised and immediately showed his ID and license. Carlos changed the locks for us but also had the correct style, color and brand of 2 more locks that could be keyed on the same key so we had him install those as well. Carlos worked very quickly and without a hitch. His price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Carlos and I will be using him in the future. read more

Carlos is a real human being in a world of robots. Some jerk at my last job stole my extra set of keys to my truck, and thankfully, Carlos arrived at my home promptly with the smile of a saint, the heart of a lion, the attitude of a champion, and the skillset of a Shuriken Ninja. I have slogged thru life bouncing back and forth from business to business rarely finding the kind of attitude and energy Carlos brings to the game. He even gave me $10 off for being a 1st-time customer. How can you not love this guy? I feel like all us Yelpers should buy him a beer or throw him a party or at the very least give him a group hug surrounded by falling confetti and sweepstakes-winner sound effects. Information is power. Now you know. Onward and upward, Carlos. read more

Carlos is the utmost professional! He is extremely friendly, responded quickly, arrived when he said he would and did a fantastic job installing deadbolts and rekeying locks. Thanks again, Carlos!!! read more

Surprised to see the positive reviews because it was not my experience. I called this Man twice and never received a return call, as promised. The two times that I did call, I could clearly hear children yelling and playing in the background and he told me he was busy and would return my call. I guess he would rather babysit than do the work that he is advertising or maybe he just didn't want to help me out. Who knows but Terrible Customer Service and a 0 rating. read more

Very professional. Answered the phone right away and came the next day to rekey all locks. I just texted photos of all of the locks and received a quick confirmation that they would be here. Carlos and his family are amazing. I'm continually impressed by their dedication to the profession, which I really had no idea was so in depth. Carlos and his son came to do our locks and they were quick and professional. They were also completely unfazed by my dog, who was super unhappy at their presence and making it known. I had a conversation with Carlos and Bryant about the kinds of locks that can be used in homes and businesses and I was really surprised by how complicated it can get. It was obvious to me that Carlos really thinks about all aspects regarding the safety of his clients - not only in terms of guarding against outside threats, but also making sure that people can easily get out of homes and businesses when a fire or other catastrophe occurs. He also mentioned to me that he often tests the locks and other security measures that he installs on his own home. It was a pretty fascinating conversation and I really appreciated the job they did, as well as knowing they'll always have my best interests when it comes to my safety in mind. We'll probably need to change the locks at my office soon, I'll be calling Carlos when the time comes. read more
