Carlos and his family are amazing. I'm continually impressed by their dedication to the profession, which I really had no idea was so in depth. Carlos and his son came to do our locks and they were quick and professional. They were also completely unfazed by my dog, who was super unhappy at their presence and making it known. I had a conversation with Carlos and Bryant about the kinds of locks that can be used in homes and businesses and I was really surprised by how complicated it can get. It was obvious to me that Carlos really thinks about all aspects regarding the safety of his clients - not only in terms of guarding against outside threats, but also making sure that people can easily get out of homes and businesses when a fire or other catastrophe occurs. He also mentioned to me that he often tests the locks and other security measures that he installs on his own home. It was a pretty fascinating conversation and I really appreciated the job they did, as well as knowing they'll always have my best interests when it comes to my safety in mind.
