Not only did Lee go over everything with me before purchase to show me ALL my options (right down to telling me how to do it myself to save money) but he was in close contact with me on where the repairs were and respectful of my budget. My trailer was broke in to took to days to find out a police e report was taken was told it did not appear that it was broke in to no forced entry. Merrigans is say they are not responsible because they have a sign saying that. So again I have to pay for some one else's being not held responsible.
