She has a beautiful voice and makes every session fun, engaging, and relaxing. She always sings his favorite songs exactly the way he wants--even when that means singing "Hickory Dickory Dock" with the clock striking 34 times, or singing "Five Little Sharks Jumping on the Bed" simply because my son requested it! She keeps him engaged while encouraging him to try new things and make new sounds. We also work with Natalie and Bella for speech therapy, and we couldn't be happier with them. They take the time to understand my son, follow his interests, try different approaches, and collaborate with each other to figure out what works best for him. They also introduced us to the Bjorem Speech Sound Cues, which has made a noticeable difference in his speech, and they're always giving me practical tips to work with him at home. After working with many therapists over the past two years, what stands out most is how knowledgeable, creative, and genuinely caring this team is. I received a myriad of excuses as to why they couldn't help my daughter. First was appointments are "months out" and in a rude tone he noted how long the appointments are for my daughter's age and that she had to be asleep for entire test. Seemed he did not want to schedule us at all. I asked about a waitlist for sooner appointments and received more excuses as to why we would likely not be called. He couldn't have been more obvious that he did not want to schedule us. Overall I wouldn't recommend especially after reading other negative reviews about office staff. Sad they hire people who don't seem to care or have any compassion for the patients.

We've had the opportunity to work with several wonderful therapists, and we're grateful for all of them. I'd also like to mention his speech therapists, Ms. Dana and Ms. Jena, and Mr. Joseph (OT therapist) to who have been such an important part of his progress. They've taken the time to get to know my son, incorporate his interests into each session, and keep him engaged and motivated to learn. They also do a great job keeping us involved by sharing his progress after each session and giving us ideas for what we can continue working on at home. Watching my son grow in his communication skills has been incredibly rewarding. We know that progress didn't happen overnight, and we're so grateful for the patience, encouragement, and dedication his therapists have shown him. I was lucky enough to find Molly as a recommendation from a local moms group, and decided to reach…read moreout. She was super responsive from the start and made it easy to get started. I started my son the summer of 2021 at the age of 3. He was behind on speech development, and it was really difficult for anyone other than me to understand what he was saying -which made him be extra shy around anyone new because they'd ask him to repeat what he was saying to try to understand. With him getting ready to start school (Pre-K) in the Fall I really wanted him to feel more confident speaking up and to be understood. Molly has worked wonders. She was able to get my son to open up and really get into his sessions (he was a pretty shy boy) and has made a huge impact on my sons speech. I was so much more comfortable with him starting pre-k because I knew he could be understood. He has been thriving at school, and I attribute a ton of that to Molly. She still works with us, does a great job at periodically doing tests and giving us an update on where he is landing in comparison to his age group. My son loves "Miss Molly" and looks forward to their sessions. She finds ways to keep things fresh with new games and ways to incorporate their speech work. I highly recommend Molly! Melissa is fun, energetic, and passionate about her work and her clients. She really cares about her clients and she will help improve your oral health in ways you probably had no idea existed. I was a client for myofunctional therapy, due to a tongue tie I had no idea existed until about nine months ago. My therapy lasted a little over six months with daily tongue exercises. I became a master tongue-clicker and my tongue is now more yolked than ever before! What was pretty exhausting at first has lead to a tongue that can swallow correctly, without contributing to gum recession, and compete in tongue building competitions. Melissa was seriously so fun to work with. Going to see her was always a fun and enjoyable experience, even when put under the microscope tongue light being observed while I swallow incorrectly. But I can absolutely tell I made positive changes and received positive results in a journey to proper oral health. Thank you Melissa for your great work.
