Unfortunately, I did not receive any response by phone, text, or email during business hours. I also attempted to contact the office directly and did not receive a callback. I understand rentals move quickly and no property is perfect, but communication and professionalism matter especially when prospective tenants are expected to provide personal financial documents and application fees. Hoping management can improve responsiveness and property preparation moving forward.
