TL;DR - w/ Travis as our listing agent and stager, we received 31 offers in five days, all over listing price. The offer we accepted was 27% over listing. I highly recommend Travis for both his staging and realtor services. My situation was a bit complex because I was already in contract to purchase a home contingent upon selling my current house. With only about a week to put my house on the market, I needed to find a listing agent fast. In addition, I knew I needed to stage the place because my furniture was worn out and too cluttered. Luckily, I came across Travis who was able to handle both of them and meet our extremely tight timelines. While I had talked with several listing agents, most of them felt that staging was not needed for my home, especially w/ my tight deadlines.
