The lo mein felt more like a chow mein based on how it was cooked. The orange chicken was very little protein. It felt like mostly breading since the pieces were so small. Looking at the pictures, the teriyaki chicken or the chicken and broccoli might be a better choice if you are watching your weight! Anyways, I do think it is a better option of all of the ones that are offered at the Boeing center. You don't really need to interact with anyone, you order on their self serve kiosk. We were able to order in person as a lady that worked there was bringing food out to another car when we pulled up. She said she's from Cali which explains why this place is so good.
