First Improvement is to serve a dish with complete ingredients, as for example if you have a dish of Moo Gai Pan. Is an American Cantonese version has great vegetables with Chicken cut into an oyster sauce served with vegetables and rice as a Stir fry. The vegetables served in an oyster sauce with button mushrooms, but chow, shataki mushrooms, snow peas, water chestnuts, carrots. Or Napa cabbage. Whenever the ingredients are missing this is not a complete Dish of Moo Goo Gai Pan to the customer. So in my professional life as a Sous Chef we 86 this dish. This means taking off the menu. It very unprofessional of the Cook You cannot take off ingredients from you cannot substitute . You must 86 this plate from your daily menu...Next order of business you must not sell an egg roll with it getting out of the fryer that is soggy and sent out of the kitchen with a cold, soggy with a cold mess of grease. Also I have never had a whopping hot mess of Spring rolls that taste like chicken gravy and put on a cold bed of Cole slaw. They absolutely missed the mark. I did not want gravy in my Spring egg rolls . They forgot to put the cold slaw in the Spring rolls. A word to the chef . Do not send anything out of your kitchen to fill an order. Perhaps they need a new Manager to uphold Cooks integrity by 86 the items that are missing...Hot food Hot and Cold food Cold. This was a very big mistake. I politely told her that would not be ok since the order they sent me in error was not something I could eat without getting sick but she refused to budge. I can eat Chinese food every day and this place is a solid eh. If I had to choose this or Bamboo (another Chinese place across the Highway) it would definitely be Bamboo. I love the convenience of it being so close to where I live, but I'd rather go a little farther for quality. Their portions are great but the quality isn't. Every time we order the food is very inconsistent. Sesame chicken, tso chicken, any fried chicken with sauce is always extremely soggy, to the point the fried skin falls off the chicken. We made the mistake going through the drive thru a few times and it took us forever to get out of there. Their Rangoons, egg rolls, and won ton soup are good but unfortunately that's not all I'm going to eat lol.
