I have been craving some basic Chinese food and yesterday I realized most of the local places are closed on Sundays. I was hesitant to try this location, because I had multiple bad experiences with another Bejing Express. The 4 stars and the health score won me over, and I decided to drive-thru and grab a lunch special on my way home. I went super basic and got the sweet and sour chicken lunch special which came with fried rice and an egg roll. As soon as the car in front of me paid and pulled ahead (I'm guessing they ordered a lot of food) I pulled up and my food was ready. It was just over $6 with tax, and the food was piping hot. I was starving, so I ate the egg roll on the way home and it was the freshest egg roll I've had in a long time! It was crispy, hot, and had a crunchy texture from the veggies in the inside. The egg roll was also pretty large. I opened the container when I got him and was shocked to see how much food they crammed into it. I shared it with my step-daughter, and we still had leftovers.
