This place is MUCH BETTER than all the other nail places I've been to here in Broward area. The place is clean, modern and super efficient. Everybody's nice and pleasant and the place is never a ghost town. As much as I don't want to share Justin, he's just SIMPLY AMAZING! He is so creative that when I try to show something that I want done on my nails, he is able to figure it out, and always comes out way better than I anticipated. He's super technical, skillful (and he's good with getting rid of problematic ingrown nails, etc)) and always accommodates my craziness. I heart him to bits and pieces!

I have been a loyal client at this salon and have always had a great experience with Kelly…read more However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Last week, my scheduled pedicure appointment with Kelly was switched to another technician without prior notice. Unfortunately, this technician was visibly upset and, when I politely instructed her on how I wanted my pedicure done, she became aggressive and began yelling at me. To my shock, she stopped in the middle of the service and told me to find someone else to finish. Another technician eventually stepped in and completed the pedicure, but by that point, I was already humiliated. I asked to speak with a manager at the time, but my request was ignored. Three days later, I called and spoke with Sophia, who assured me the manager would return my call, but no one ever did. I find it unacceptable that I was treated so unprofessionally and then disregarded when I tried to address the issue. At the very least, I expected an apology and some acknowledgment of the poor treatment I received. Since that did not happen, I will no longer be returning to the salon. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that no other clients have to endure a similar experience.

I understand that they will be some wait time as a walk-in, which I am completely fine with. However, if you say it will be a 15 minutes wait, and that turns into a 50 minute way we will have a problem. I would rather the front desk just be more honest about the wait time, or just say that they are too busy for walk-ins at the moment. I would understand if they were too busy to take me, but I would rather know that waste so much time waiting and waiting for a technician.

I choose for dip nails, which cost $45. Unfortunately, by January 6th, the dip polish had already started falling off on two nails. Over the following days, more nails began to flake off until all of them were completely bare. For the remainder of my trip, my nails looked unkempt, with the leftover dip leaving my cuticles messy and unclean. I've had dip nails done at other salons before, and they've always lasted 2-3 weeks. This experience was extremely disappointing, and due to the poor quality of the service, I will not be returning to this salon.

Viviana was wonderful. She took her time and didn't rush my services. She offered me water and even wine. It was one of the best manicures and pedicures I have ever had. This place was quiet and very relaxing. Instead of the regular polish I wanted to upgrade to the gel (on my nails only). My only negative is this place is more expensive than the other places I have been to. My total when all was done $56....and of course a 20% tip. I guess you get what you pay for??? 1. I made an appointment 3 days ahead of time. My appointment was on a Wednesday. 2. They close at 7pm. My appointment was 5:30pm. I was there for about an hour with barely any wait time once I walked in the door. 3. No massage chairs (however I didn't mind) 4. When I arrived there were 3 techs and each had a person in their chair. 5. Very quiet, spa music playing

Since moving to Broward in February, I have been in search for a decent pedicure, with a gel manicure that does not peel off in 3 days. Dani is meticulous in her work! I suffer from ingrown toenails, and no other place in this county has had anyone who comes even close to how well she handles them for me. She is so great that she convinced me to give a gel manicure another shot with her. Words cannot express my surprise in the time and presision that she took while applying my polish. I am 7 days in so far and not even a chip has ruined my manicure. The nail salon is great with a huge selection of colors and options. Prices are a bit higher than expected, but the satisfaction I got from my visit totally backed that up. I believe they give you a glass of wine while getting your treatment done, I am still waiting for that part of the experience, regardless I am grateful to finally have found my place!!

Let me hit somebody to talk to you" the call was hung up on, again. Is this how to do business there? I see they have somewhat good reviews, so I was confused why their receptionist was so unprofessional. Also in this day and age, everyone's phone has a caller ID, so if they hung up on accident, the courteous thing to have done was to give a call back, which obviously did not happen.
