Top line item is from packing slip/receipt in wrong shipment; bottom order detail is email confirmation on item actually desired.

Been going in store for years. Bargain-hunting can yield good finds. Found nice skirt in store too big, so decided to order correct size online. What a mistake. Was sent skort instead of skirt; clearly different item than pictured online. Online customer service non existent. Online exchanges not permitted. No refunded shipping. Really wanted the skirt and figured maybe a warehouse error, so re-ordered after returning skort to store. Another skort arrived. Again, returned item to store, this time with documentation in hand and my story. As a long-time patron and this 2x-error not my own, it could be righted by issuing store credit in the amount of the shipping. Attitudinal associate wouldn't take my word, regardless of receipt and documentation, instead dourly insisting to see order on my phone. She and "Manager" conversed in Spanish and I was eventually refunded for skort only. Associate dismissed me, mumbled something about inconvenience, and shouted, "Next!". Ever since that online order, SO many spam calls. TJM had immediately sold my information worse than any other company. One star out of irritation and no acknowledgement for loyalty (first world trouble). And one star because it is (was) a source of ok goods at ok prices. I won't be going back anytime soon.

We were aware that the employees keep a larger dog behind the counter, but no guidance or warnings were given about keeping small dogs away from that area. While our little white chihuahua was sniffing near the counter area, the larger dog pounced and caused bleeding on our dog's ear, likely from contact with its claw. When we informed the employees, there was no apology, and only afterward did they mention that they are unsure how their dog reacts around small dogs and that they sometimes keep her away. We asked for a napkin to help with the bleeding and were not assisted, though they did provide the code for the nearest restroom so we could clean her ear ourselves. With clearer communication upfront about their dog and guidance for customers with small pets, this situation may have been avoided.

Love this women's boutique in Montgomery Village shopping center!…read more The vibe is neutrals and all things cozy. They sell some home decor items (think candles, decorative cutting boards, throw pillows...), great for gifts!, women's clothing, and women's accessories. I went in recently in search of jeans. Many of their brands are smaller, local brands, which allows them to offer very reasonable prices! I didn't find jeans but am thinking about returning again soon for a few of the super soft and cozy Z Supply tops. If you're looking for unique women's clothing pieces or gifts, visit this sweet boutique!

After seeing their work on Instagram, we had specific awkward poses in mind that we wanted to recreate. Some of the poses looked impossible, but the photographer made them happen and guided us through each one. The experience itself was fun and lighthearted, and they were very accommodating in helping us achieve the awkward look we wanted. The main reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that for each pose, she only took one shot unless I specifically asked for one smiling and one without. This made me a little nervous, especially since we were posing with our dog, who moves a lot. In some of the more awkward positions, I honestly wasn't sure if we looked okay or if anyone came out blurry. It's hard to feel confident that one shot can guarantee a perfect result. Overall, the photos turned out nice. We paid about $200 and received around 25 digital photos (we chose the basic digital package with no prints). I do wish we received a few more photos, or that she took multiple shots of the same pose with different facial expressions to give us more variety. That said, it was still a fun experience and we now have some unique, awkward family photos with my husband and our dog. Highly recommend to do this once, especially if you like silly photos and when you can brings your pets. We definitely don't regret doing it and the final pictures did turn out well.

I reached out via email and tried to call and got no response. Finally sent a text and basically was told too bad. Never got a clear answer about authentication processes. They clearly are okay tagging items as authentic when not. Anyone who does thrifting/restoration of mid range or high end purses should avoid here for your own good. ONLY store I have came across that does not welcome back bags and refunds for situations like this. Many shops down in the Haight district also have strict no return policies but take situations like this seriously and have always been not only grateful it was brought to their attention, but remedy the whole transaction. Recommend going down to the city or just avoiding it for the sheer fact their customer service is trash. If you want to be scammed by a company that doesn't care if they sell you counterfeit goods, this is the place to go.
