Thrift stores are about community and reuse, not ideological purity tests. We needed a sun umbrella for the cotati accordion festival and even though inventory showed two there was only one. The guy in sportswear was so helpful and he tried so hard to find the missing umbrella. We ended up just buying one and it was great. Our past visit we had help from a great employee who talked us through price matching. I understand these are stressful times but sometimes I think people take out their frustrations on service personnel. I feel the folks here have always overperformed for me and always tried to help.
