I absolutely love coming here. Purses are my weakness so of course I like to keep my eye on the good sale and by the way folks, my husband's retired Navy that got us a discount $60 off nice right who doesn't like that. It's a great deal that's why I keep coming back over and over! Cheers my friends and SYOY 09/30/25 read more

This Coach store is a must visit whenever we are visiting the Petaluma Village Outlets Mall. In the last 4 years we have shopped extensively (read tons :) ) from this location. Our experience by and large has been pleasant, so was it this time till the last few minutes, during having our bill processed. The lady (I suppose was the store manager or accountant). She first invited my husband to the billing machine to have his membership details and once her colleague was finished taking the details, the store manager/accountant suddenly in a terse tone asked him to wait for the collection behind the counter. Really ? Who asked her to ask him to come there ? We as always were gracefully waiting at the counter for the payment with a touch less card and the merchandise pick up. The same details could have been shared right from that place. I strongly recommend the store management to look into this behaviour and apprise. read more

I've Lived in the community over 25 years and frequent the Petaluma Coach location. My family and I have always been treated with respect UNTIL today. Worker with colorful hair-purple/pink with blue, profiled my family and I. She Stalked and watched us around the store, even though we were being helped by a lovely gentleman in the shoe department. She hovered over every member of my family, while barely engaging with any other guest. Then in front of us-openly talk to the gentleman that helped us telling him that she needs to give him a "review," and there are things he can "work on." The gentlemen was so lovely, without prejudice. I fear with a leader like that-You will rotten ur store with her prejudice. Don't let that happen. UPDATE: spoke to Manager Nicole and she was EXCELLENT. She was understanding and she was happy and eager to rectify the situation. Sincerely blown away read more

I had such a wonderful experience at the Coach store in the Petaluma Outlets! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and genuinely friendly. They were attentive without being pushy, and it felt like they really wanted to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The store itself is beautifully maintained and very neatly organized, which makes shopping such a pleasant experience. Everything is easy to browse and the displays are thoughtfully put together. The atmosphere feels inviting, calm, and comfortable -- a place where you can actually enjoy taking your time to shop. I left not only with a great purchase but also with a big smile. Thank you to the team here for creating such a positive and welcoming environment. I'll definitely be back! This is my go to place for gifts and personal shopping for myself read more

Mind you..I had more than one purse on my hands..but I needed to be good today and focus to buy one gift for a friend since I had a budget!! LOL!! ;)) You'll see my picture I took of the awesome bag!!! I very satisfied with my purchase coz it was a great value on sale! Overall excellent experience today with Jackie was very pleasant and she had told me it was last day today! I'm saddened coz it her last day to work there!?! First time at this location, I normally buy from Gilroy, Vacaville and Napa.. Vacaville has the friendliest Staff and that is my go-to location.. First time here as we were cruising Napa, Santa Rosa then Petaluma and I kinda want to browse as how their store look like.. The location was kinda boring, a bit dirty, parking was a bit narrow, the store was too small.. I walked in and nobody greeted me but I kept on hearing workers greeting customers left and right.. I don't think I was discriminated as I always look presentable and appealing.. I browsed the store and decided to buy 3 wallets and a huge bag.. Still nobody approached me as I was carrying my merchandise looking for the cashier that I was unsure was a "self check out" given the computer and machines that were there.. So I put my 4 things on the table as I was about to get my wallet and this staff tomboyish looking with a flower tattoo behind her left ear just grab my stuff and moved it to the long white table behind the counter.. Ok if moved only but slammed and dropped it? I was surprised she didn't see me checking out and how rude she was touching my stuff without permission.. This needs attention coming from the Management as this was uncalled for.. Don't be nasty to me, don't care if you work for Coach, I've never been treated like this even at Tory Burch, Burberry , or Louis Vuitton.. This needs to be reported! Next time, work on your ethics before you work on the floor! read more

Well it's my sister who finally found her favorite purple bags at this location!! Didn't have red color collections that said to me "Take me home"!! Jorge attended to us and was very accommodating in answering our very crucial inquiries like " How much is this with the discount?" Well my sister end up buying a wallet, a cross body bag and an over the shoulder fanny pack purse. They were all 60% - 70% off from the retail price and what a deal. read more

This has been my go to Coach Outlet since 2020. I recently lost my Coach wallet, unfortunately a loser found it. The following morning I received notification that a transaction was declined with my MasterCard in the amount of $151 at the Home Depot in Rohnert Park. I immediately closed down all my credit cards and requested replacements. A week later after sharing what happened with my dad, he sent me a $100 bill taped inside a card to go buy me another one. The lady that helped me was friendly and attentive. She assisted me with narrowing down my options. The Coach Outlet has an abundance of hand bags, wallets, and accessories for men & women. I often lose my life while shopping. I really appreciate my dad he made the devastation of my lost wallet feel better. read more

I was exited to go shopping for a bag I was looking for, at the point of entry I was not welcome, the person that was behind me was and was even ask if they were looking for anything special, I kept getting ignore. I left and 10 minutes later decided to come back again I was welcome and right away I ask for a price on the purse I wanted and I ask the sale rep and she check and rudely gave me back the purse an ran to help another person and even finish transaction with the other person, she saw I was ready to pay and she ignore me, this was my first experience from this store the sales rep been rude and I felt discriminated read more

They have a nice selection of bags. But the overall custermer service was horrible, both workers ignored my presence. Not sure if it was the way I was dressed (from just getting out of work) but they both seemed very rude. I asked if they had a bag in the color that I was looking for and they just said "No, you can look online". I left the store and just decided to purchse my bag online from the outlet website. Will not be going back to shop in store. read more

YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2017 - PART 3: 24/100 Probably one of my favorite stores here. Hubbers and I weren't in the lookout for anything, really, but we just had to check what they may have to offer. I found a purse I couldn't not purchase as it was too good to let go. Hubbers found a wallet as well as a messenger bag he was quite interested in. The staff were patient and well learned. Hubbers had a few questions on some of their other items and they were more than happy to provide answers. (Coach must have some kind of training center for their outlet stores because in my experience, every staff member in every coach outlet store I've been to have been consistently above par.) I'm happy to report we saved about $700 (and change) with our bargain buys. Absolutely worth it. read more

Great prices, fun selection with always something new. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Coach outlet is great ! Nice quality and selection , and the discounts make the goods much more affordable. I have a few fantastic winter scarves from here that are my fave and scored those on a super sale . I would normally give this store 5 stars . But today , the vibe was off putting . Not one , not two , but three diff sales associates informed me of the current sale . And then one kept popping up , from behind and asking " u still ok "? Who are u shopping for ? What are u looking for ?? Well , this is just not how I shop . If I want help , I seek it . Then as I was paying , she continued, who are these for ?? Omg . Stop already ! I realize this must be holiday help & I think they are instructed to ask and say this stuff . But usually , the staff here are wonderful & less annoying. Also , they always recognize my Coach bag , today , she asked me , what brand is your bag & where did u get it ?? Too weird . Lastly , the stuff I bought , was sloppily dropped in a bag , coin purse straps twisted and zero tissue paper :( So , over all , great value , Hope they are not changing the quality of the leather , most was not as soft as usual . I suggest the sales staff , learn to read customer cues . I spent less time and less $ then normally . Cookie cutter instructions for staff , is inefficient. Personalized approaches are better , and why annoy ? read more

I love the Coach factory outlet store! They have both items that are brand-new to Coach as well as items that are a couple months old for deep discounts. I never buy Coach regular price. Why bother when you can get the same thing here a month later for half off? And another 30% if it's on clearance?? Plus the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Yesterday I got a large leather tote, a large wristlet, a travel tote bag, and a watch for $400!! The large leather tote on the Coach full priced website was $358 alone!! As an added bonus, they are relocating within the outlets to a gigantic space and will carry both men's and women's items. Hurray!!!! There goes my paycheck! read more

CASY IS THE BEST!! Hands down, Casy is #1. She's smart, she listens and doesn't nag or bombard ones shopping experience. I came into the store looking for a number of items. Scored the very last of many. Not only was Casy helpful at gathering and storing all my items as I continued to shop, but she helped me finalize my purchases. I explained my needs, who I was buying for and Casy worked her magic. Casy has a stellar eye and is hip to trends. Once I completed the transaction, Casy took her time and elegantly wrapped almost ten separate items. She could have rushed but she didn't. Every bit of care shines through Casy's work. Keep up the good work, Casy! read more

My whole shopping experience yesterday was fantastic! salespeople were super nice. Cashier bent over backwards wrapping my gifts and finding sizes etc. went back today for a gift. Maybe because I only spent $280 she wanted to just dump everything In a bag and send me on my merry way. total 180 in service. All in all decent selection, great prices during sales read more

The worst customer service , they refused to give me their corporation number or name , I have to call customer service to get it

Was really disappointed with shopping experience I had there today. Not sure if i didn't look like i should be shopping there or what, but I was paid zero attention to and shown exactly one option when I asked if they had anything similar to what I was looking for, and it wasn't a good option. I did end up buying something, but literally no one paid attention to me until i got in line and then of course I was asked "was anyone helping you today?", nope not a single one of you. Wonder if she took credit for it. My bag is cute though. read more

my experience with this store was fabulous the manager Heather is amazing and has great customer service and great taste she is a great sales and helped me get a new purse that I had just purchased in February when I opened it this morning, the zipper broke which is not coach quality having been a customer for at least 20 years now. Heather, Joel and Lucas rock! Best team in customer service sales. I have had the pleasure of working with to rectify my zipper issue. I was given a new purse as I have to testify in a trial soon, and cannot go without a purse even though I have a collection, this is my newest one and wanted to go to trial with it around my shoulder as I love it, the purse I purchased! Heather was able to assist me in getting a new purse instead of having it repaired as I would've had to wait a long time to get my purse back so after I called customer service in the store, she gave the go ahead to allow me to grab a new purse, the same purse off the rack and walk away with it, I love coach. I love the staff at the outlet and there's so many delightful new products coming out that Lucas, Heather and Joel showed me. I am definitely going back there and have been there in the past and I've always had a wonderful experience. I don't know why people give them four star reviews or less. They are a five star customer service team thank you team Petaluma coach store! You went above and beyond for me and thank you to customer service. I will remain a diehard fan and collector for the rest of my life because of the experiences, and this specific experience shopping, and fixing my issues with my brand new purse. Technically, I'm not a cheap bastard, since my parents were married when I was born. That being said, I definitely look for ways to cut costs when it comes to spending the pittance left after uncle sam takes the majority of my paycheck without even asking. I guess you could say that on the scale of frugality I'm less of a "1 coke and 2 straws" and more of a "how much off if it's missing five buttons and a zipper?" This outlet is a destination place. So plan to drive an extra 10 minutes off the freeway in order to save some reeaaalllyyy big $$$. Plus, it closes early on Sundays. Since the holidays are coming, I bet this place would be a great spot to buy Coach keychains and dog leashes for your secret santa. Compared to Gilroy, Milpitas, Vacaville and Cabazon (southern cal), this is the tiniest coach outlet I've been too and that... means the smallest selection. Had a very pleasant experience with the salesman David Evans, yesterday at the Coach Outlet in Petaluma. I have young people working for me at my businesses in Santa Rosa, the NUMBER ONE requirement working for me is CUSTOMER SERVICE! David could work for me any day! What was I thinking coming here for Black Friday?! Apparently, I wasn't. We got in line probably 30 minutes before the store opened at Midnight.. then waited another 30 minutes to get in. SHAT. 20% off.. that's normal! Clearance items 50% off.. that's normal! THERE WASN'T REALLY ANYTHING *Black Friday* ABOUT IT. The cool thing was that there was a table set up by the entrance/exit for boxes and tissue paper. The cashier writes down how many and what size boxes you get with your purchase.. then you go to the table and that associate gives you what is written on the receipt. WOW. They don't even deserve 1 star, if I could put 0 I would. Worst customer service EVER! I will NEVER go back to this Coach store. I went there on a Friday with my aunt and she purchased a purse. The cashier lady was not friendly whatsoever. She asked if anyone had helped my aunt and my aunt said, "No, no one helped me," and from then on the cashier lady was just plain silent and uncourteous. As, I was watching the transaction take place, I notice the cashier removing the filler paper from inside of the purse. I thought she was going to leave the filler paper in order to keep the shape of the purse and yet she did not. The cashier lady then proceeded to fold the bottom of the purse, wrinkling and bending it which had shocked me because I have never seen any other Coach outlet store employee handle the purchase of a purse without any care. After the purchase, there was no "thank you" or "come back again" from the cashier or anyone else in the store. The employees seemed to care more about talking to each other instead of tending to customers. A friend of mine also went to this same Petaluma Coach store and said she felt the same way--they specialize in making you feel unwelcome. read more
