This Coach store is a must visit whenever we are visiting the Petaluma Village Outlets Mall. In the last 4 years we have shopped extensively (read tons :) ) from this location. Our experience by and large has been pleasant, so was it this time till the last few minutes, during having our bill processed. The lady (I suppose was the store manager or accountant). She first invited my husband to the billing machine to have his membership details and once her colleague was finished taking the details, the store manager/accountant suddenly in a terse tone asked him to wait for the collection behind the counter. Really ? Who asked her to ask him to come there ? We as always were gracefully waiting at the counter for the payment with a touch less card and the merchandise pick up. The same details could have been shared right from that place. I strongly recommend the store management to look into this behaviour and apprise. read more

I've Lived in the community over 25 years and frequent the Petaluma Coach location. My family and I have always been treated with respect UNTIL today. Worker with colorful hair-purple/pink with blue, profiled my family and I. She Stalked and watched us around the store, even though we were being helped by a lovely gentleman in the shoe department. She hovered over every member of my family, while barely engaging with any other guest. Then in front of us-openly talk to the gentleman that helped us telling him that she needs to give him a "review," and there are things he can "work on." The gentlemen was so lovely, without prejudice. I fear with a leader like that-You will rotten ur store with her prejudice. Don't let that happen. First time at this location, I normally buy from Gilroy, Vacaville and Napa.. Vacaville has the friendliest Staff and that is my go-to location.. First time here as we were cruising Napa, Santa Rosa then Petaluma and I kinda want to browse as how their store look like.. The location was kinda boring, a bit dirty, parking was a bit narrow, the store was too small.. I walked in and nobody greeted me but I kept on hearing workers greeting customers left and right.. I don't think I was discriminated as I always look presentable and appealing.. I browsed the store and decided to buy 3 wallets and a huge bag.. Still nobody approached me as I was carrying my merchandise looking for the cashier that I was unsure was a "self check out" given the computer and machines that were there.. So I put my 4 things on the table as I was about to get my wallet and this staff tomboyish looking with a flower tattoo behind her left ear just grab my stuff and moved it to the long white table behind the counter.. Ok if moved only but slammed and dropped it? I was surprised she didn't see me checking out and how rude she was touching my stuff without permission.. This needs attention coming from the Management as this was uncalled for.. Don't be nasty to me, don't care if you work for Coach, I've never been treated like this even at Tory Burch, Burberry , or Louis Vuitton.. This needs to be reported! This has been my go to Coach Outlet since 2020. I recently lost my Coach wallet, unfortunately a loser found it. The following morning I received notification that a transaction was declined with my MasterCard in the amount of $151 at the Home Depot in Rohnert Park. I immediately closed down all my credit cards and requested replacements. A week later after sharing what happened with my dad, he sent me a $100 bill taped inside a card to go buy me another one. The lady that helped me was friendly and attentive. She assisted me with narrowing down my options. The Coach Outlet has an abundance of hand bags, wallets, and accessories for men & women. Not sure if it was the way I was dressed (from just getting out of work) but they both seemed very rude. I found a purse I couldn't not purchase as it was too good to let go. Hubbers found a wallet as well as a messenger bag he was quite interested in. The staff were patient and well learned. Hubbers had a few questions on some of their other items and they were more than happy to provide answers. (Coach must have some kind of training center for their outlet stores because in my experience, every staff member in every coach outlet store I've been to have been consistently above par.) I'm happy to report we saved about $700 (and change) with our bargain buys. Absolutely worth it. read more

I love the Coach factory outlet store! They have both items that are brand-new to Coach as well as items that are a couple months old for deep discounts. I never buy Coach regular price. Why bother when you can get the same thing here a month later for half off? And another 30% if it's on clearance?? Plus the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Yesterday I got a large leather tote, a large wristlet, a travel tote bag, and a watch for $400!! The large leather tote on the Coach full priced website was $358 alone!! my experience with this store was fabulous the manager Heather is amazing and has great customer service and great taste she is a great sales and helped me get a new purse that I had just purchased in February when I opened it this morning, the zipper broke which is not coach quality having been a customer for at least 20 years now. Heather, Joel and Lucas rock! Best team in customer service sales. I have had the pleasure of working with to rectify my zipper issue. I was given a new purse as I have to testify in a trial soon, and cannot go without a purse even though I have a collection, this is my newest one and wanted to go to trial with it around my shoulder as I love it, the purse I purchased! Heather was able to assist me in getting a new purse instead of having it repaired as I would've had to wait a long time to get my purse back so after I called customer service in the store, she gave the go ahead to allow me to grab a new purse, the same purse off the rack and walk away with it, I love coach. I love the staff at the outlet and there's so many delightful new products coming out that Lucas, Heather and Joel showed me. I am definitely going back there and have been there in the past and I've always had a wonderful experience. I don't know why people give them four star reviews or less. Technically, I'm not a cheap bastard, since my parents were married when I was born. That being said, I definitely look for ways to cut costs when it comes to spending the pittance left after uncle sam takes the majority of my paycheck without even asking. I guess you could say that on the scale of frugality I'm less of a "1 coke and 2 straws" and more of a "how much off if it's missing five buttons and a zipper?" This outlet is a destination place. So plan to drive an extra 10 minutes off the freeway in order to save some reeaaalllyyy big $$$. Plus, it closes early on Sundays. Since the holidays are coming, I bet this place would be a great spot to buy Coach keychains and dog leashes for your secret santa. I have young people working for me at my businesses in Santa Rosa, the NUMBER ONE requirement working for me is CUSTOMER SERVICE! David could work for me any day! David was extremely accomodating when I couldn't find my size in a few particular coats, David quickly jumped on the computer and located my size in both jackets that I wanted! What was I thinking coming here for Black Friday?! Apparently, I wasn't. We got in line probably 30 minutes before the store opened at Midnight.. then waited another 30 minutes to get in. SHAT. 20% off.. that's normal! Clearance items 50% off.. that's normal! THERE WASN'T REALLY ANYTHING *Black Friday* ABOUT IT. The cool thing was that there was a table set up by the entrance/exit for boxes and tissue paper. The cashier writes down how many and what size boxes you get with your purchase.. then you go to the table and that associate gives you what is written on the receipt. WOW. They don't even deserve 1 star, if I could put 0 I would. Worst customer service EVER! I will NEVER go back to this Coach store. I went there on a Friday with my aunt and she purchased a purse. The cashier lady was not friendly whatsoever. She asked if anyone had helped my aunt and my aunt said, "No, no one helped me," and from then on the cashier lady was just plain silent and uncourteous. As, I was watching the transaction take place, I notice the cashier removing the filler paper from inside of the purse. I thought she was going to leave the filler paper in order to keep the shape of the purse and yet she did not. The cashier lady then proceeded to fold the bottom of the purse, wrinkling and bending it which had shocked me because I have never seen any other Coach outlet store employee handle the purchase of a purse without any care. After the purchase, there was no "thank you" or "come back again" from the cashier or anyone else in the store. The employees seemed to care more about talking to each other instead of tending to customers. A friend of mine also went to this same Petaluma Coach store and said she felt the same way--they specialize in making you feel unwelcome. read more
