    Happy shopper!

This was my first visit to this location. I am a big fans of TJ Maxx, Marshall's and HomeGoods. It was a Saturday early evening. There were no shopping carts, so we assumed it would be crowded which it wasn't at all. Aisles were clean and organized which I always appreciate. Clearance section is where I like to start first, you can always discover great finds there. Had to pick up some prizes for teens. My budget was $100 and we walked away with a bag full of goodies ranging from nails, full makeup cases, eye gels, crochet kits, journals and fancy markers. There was barely a line when we were ready to checkout. Cashier was friendly. Was thorough about asking to sign up for a credit card which I politely declined.

It's OK... this TJ Maxx is mainly for ladies and kids as it doesn't have much to offer when it comes to Men's clothing. Therefore, their stock isn't very balanced. The shoes section is also pretty weak, hardly any options. I will say the store is pretty clean and it's easy to locate sections. The lines are decent, not too long. Staff keeps to themselves and it's a pretty quiet environment. There's a handful of deals but overall there's other TJ Maxx locations in SD that have better deals!

I Always find unique, high-quality pieces at unbeatable prices. Organized store, friendly staff, and new arrivals daily keep me coming back.

Looooong looong lines!!! Yikes! I love the deals on household products especially candles. Yankee candles $12.99. A steal. Non stick cookware $19.99. Perfect. My favorite was the Nicole cake platter that I got for $29.99. It will go perfect on our thanksgiving table. Aisle were a little cluttered today but overall a great shopping experience despite the looooong check line. 3 cashiers open and 10 people in line.

There are a few restaurants here that I personally like, especially Din Tai Fung and Haidilao. There's also Starbucks and plenty of other spots depending on what you're in the mood for. The whole area just has a comfortable vibe to it compared to a lot of other malls. Parking has honestly never been too difficult for me either. Apocalyptically awful parking lot!…read more This parking lot is a chaotic, soul-crushing labyrinth that may very well be the single worst design I've encountered in my 79 long, well-traveled years on this planet. Upon entering, you're handed a cheerful little ticket promising a free first hour--how generous! What they don't tell you is that you'll spend roughly two-thirds of that hour trapped in a slow-moving purgatory just trying to escape. You've got about 20 blissful minutes to enjoy yourself before trying to join the line of cars that moves slower than a sloth on melatonin. I genuinely cannot tell if the exit gates are malfunctioning, cursed, or if the drivers ahead of me were participating in some sort of cognitive endurance experiment. Multiple cars took a baffling 4-5 minutes each at the gate--an interaction that should take about 10 seconds unless you're attempting to solve a Rubik's cube while blindfolded. By the time I escaped, I had aged another decade. I will absolutely never return to this parking lot. Bring a helicopter. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, the service experience has been the complete opposite. I've now had TWO appointments there, both scheduled in advance, and both times I arrived on time only to wait well over 30 minutes before even being acknowledged properly. In both cases, I eventually received a text saying they were "ready" for me long after my appointment time had already passed. On my most recent visit, I checked in for a 6 PM appointment, was told it would be "about five minutes," then sat waiting while the store was relatively quiet. Once I was finally brought back, I was told the sales associate I had been booked with was unavailable and someone else would step in while she finished another fitting. Then I sat in the fitting room alone for another several minutes with nobody assisting me. The first experience was somehow worse. I checked in, waited, then eventually decided to reschedule because it was obvious the store was overwhelmed. During that process, the employee helping me repeatedly forgot my name despite already checking me in multiple times. Earlier during that same visit, another associate had forgotten the suit sizes, colors, and event deadlines I had already explained. What's frustrating is that this isn't a budget suit shop trying to survive high volume traffic. SuitSupply presents itself as a premium experience, and at these price points, basic organization, punctuality, and attentiveness should be expected. I genuinely like the suits, which makes this even more disappointing. But after multiple appointments with the same issues, the service feels disorganized, inattentive, and far below the standard the brand projects.
