Extremely disappointed with towel purchase & poor customer services…read more I recently Nov.11/2024 purchased towels from the Ross Store located at 26944 FM-1093, Richmond, TX 77406 and was thoroughly disappointed with the quality. After washing them I discovered that they shed excessively causing my dryer machine to get stuck not once, not twice, but three times! To make matter worse, when I attempt to return the towels, the store manager that was today Nov. 14 at 4pm, refused to provide a refund citing that the towels not longer had their tags. However, I showed her the receipt and the credit card that I used to pay the towels. Also she explain to me that without the tags they can't resell the towels, really? . As a customer, I expect a basic level of quality and functionality from products, specially households essentials like towels. The store's inability to stand behind their products and provide adequate customer service is appalling.

Also to get stuff for our sick baby cat. Then our cat passed away while we were here, we returned home to find our little girl gone, so I'll never have fond memories of this Walmart, harrowing really. Staff is rude, returning items is a pain in the a**, lines are longer than they should be, and asking if there is another one of the same item is impossible. They have so much stuff that they don't even know where it is placed. Some aisles are very disorganized, some are too narrow for your cart. Bringing a purse is a no-no because even when you bring your own body you're always bumping into someone or their cart or items on the shelf. With those things being said, I'm a lover of decoration at reasonable prices and Home Goods has lots of that. You can keep your room looking boujee while staying on a budget. The boutique got a little bit of everything for everyone. The location of the store was strange and I drove right pass it without noticing it until my GPS told me that I passed it. But then again I am new to the area. The old building gives the boutique a reminiscent of old times, very nostalgic. The boutique reminds me of the movie Somewhere in Times. Strangely familiar and I can't quite understand what drawn me to it but I will definitely come back for another visit. Perhaps next time I will come alone so I don't feel rush. The actual gift shop does not charge an entrance fee. They do advertise and charge people an entrance fee when they have their craft fairs. The gift shop itself is actually a converted house. The employees are very nice and helpful. The Red Potato has a lot of every day gifts as well as seasonal stuff. They have items you probably won't find in the mall. The best deal we found was a Lenox cake/knife set we used for our daughter's wedding. It was a really good price. It's a drive out for most, but it's not a bad drive.
