I realize that it was not the same shop as it used to be and took a moment to look around. They had all kinds of really great stuff in the shop. They took a moment to talk to me about what they carried in the kind of shop they were all about. She also was sorry that I was not able to purchase lingerie because they did not carry it there. I took some photos because their shop was super cute they had jewelry and some other specialty items. There's a new lady who seemed to be under the influence of some sort... shaking and fidgeting talking over everyone saying they couldn't look my receipt up, but even her subordinate knew that you could in fact do returns and look up receipts using my number if I used it with my purchase. Either she was just too high to remember her training or she didn't want to do it bc I was black ( which this is what I truly feel it was). Either way one of the WORST experiences at this Francescas! I do appreciate the younger woman's knowledge and willingness to assist along with the shirt gray haired older lady who did in fact find my receipt along with completed my transaction.
