Extremely disappointed with towel purchase & poor customer services…read more I recently Nov.11/2024 purchased towels from the Ross Store located at 26944 FM-1093, Richmond, TX 77406 and was thoroughly disappointed with the quality. After washing them I discovered that they shed excessively causing my dryer machine to get stuck not once, not twice, but three times! To make matter worse, when I attempt to return the towels, the store manager that was today Nov. 14 at 4pm, refused to provide a refund citing that the towels not longer had their tags. However, I showed her the receipt and the credit card that I used to pay the towels. Also she explain to me that without the tags they can't resell the towels, really? . As a customer, I expect a basic level of quality and functionality from products, specially households essentials like towels. The store's inability to stand behind their products and provide adequate customer service is appalling.

I realize that it was not the same shop as it used to be and took a moment to look around. They had all kinds of really great stuff in the shop. They took a moment to talk to me about what they carried in the kind of shop they were all about. She also was sorry that I was not able to purchase lingerie because they did not carry it there. I took some photos because their shop was super cute they had jewelry and some other specialty items. It was really not my cuppa tea but I thought that it was a super cute shop and they were super friendly as well. If you were a southern diva then the shop is for you! I took pictures I'm almost everything. Super cute

The dress she originally wanted had loose stitching, so Tori searched all over the store after seeing there were two more in her size in inventory and found the perfect one for her. Tori also checked the back multiple times until my daughter found the perfect pair. We were so grateful for her kindness, patience, and dedication. Beautiful clothes, reasonable prices, and amazing customer service. Definitely our go-to store!

If you want to dress for less, try Ross. This Ross in Richmond is not a bad one, and one which Barbi usually comes to on a fairly regular basis. She thinks it's pretty good and I have to say she's not too far wrong, as she really finds some good stuff here every time we come, and like many other Ross locations it can be a gold mine for finding good stuff. Come and check it out for yourself.  I don't often give 4 stars to chain discount clothing stores, but when I do... you should get in the car and Ross over here.

The boutique got a little bit of everything for everyone. The location of the store was strange and I drove right pass it without noticing it until my GPS told me that I passed it. But then again I am new to the area. The old building gives the boutique a reminiscent of old times, very nostalgic. The boutique reminds me of the movie Somewhere in Times. Strangely familiar and I can't quite understand what drawn me to it but I will definitely come back for another visit. Perhaps next time I will come alone so I don't feel rush. Overall it was a great experience.
