I'm guessing they sent it out? Not sure. My beef is they NEVER ONCE called or communicated with us. Buttons. On a sleeve. Not a cheap suit coat. I won't return and regret not checking Yelp. I dropped off two dresses on July 31 for minor alterations and was given a completion date of August 8. I stopped by on August 7 by mistake and was told they would be ready the next day as scheduled. When I returned on August 13, two days before my event, the dresses still had not been touched. I had made it clear both when I dropped them off and when I stopped by on the 7th that my event was August 15. When I handed over my ticket on August 13, the first response was essentially, "I'm usually behind," which was frustrating considering they were already five days past the promised completion date. She offered to complete the alterations in an hour while I waited. When I politely asked whether there would be a discount because of the delay, her attitude completely changed. She became rude and told me I could take the dresses somewhere else, stating that her labor was already cheap. At that point, no labor had even been performed. Being busy or running behind is understandable, but repeatedly accepting work with promised completion dates you cannot meet, and then becoming rude to a longtime customer for questioning the delay, is unprofessional. If you are consistently behind, it may be better to stop accepting additional orders or give customers realistic completion dates. Unfortunately, after more than five years as a customer, this experience was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

I'm not sure a couple of my shirts had been worked on by one tailor. And, another one had royally botched a different polo beyond repair. Oking is a gentleman. He is brilliant--knew exactly what fit I wanted before I asked. I dropped my polos off about 3 PM on a Friday and they were ready Monday afternoon. Now THAT is ambition and service!!!
