There are some major anchor stores - as well as Chuck E Cheese & Longhorn steakhouse.. but outside of that .. it's a typical teenage hangout spot. One really nice thing I noticed was the furniture & seating throughout the mall... it was exceptionally clean, not worn or holes in the material which made it very inviting to sit for a while. Kind of a "Ugh, let's just get in and get out." To say we were BLOWN AWAY by the customer service we experienced during our visit would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman at the door. He then directed us to the restroom (since the nearby McDonald's restrooms were CLOSED). Then we passed a group of Target workers in the middle of a morning huddle. One lady in the group paused to greet us as well. (Super nice!) Lastly, 2 workers helped us locate an E.T. dvd that my Target app said was in stock but I couldn't find. These 2 individuals dropped what they were doing to help us find this $5 movie. AMAZING. So as you can see, this Target location might not be the newest, fanciest building but their STAFF really rolled out the RED carpet for us and we really appreciate it!

Headed straight for the electronics department where I found an employee, Tiffany C., she was putting up a new shelf system but was happy to stop and answer my questions and talk about the toys I was looking for. She had outstanding skills of customer service and a great overall knowledge of the particular products i was looking at. Very different experience than I usually receive at stores in the Houston area. I found a Funko Pop that was long sold out in my area of town, so that paired with Tiffany C's sunny disposition made this a very positive trip to a new Target.

I called again and they told me I was bumped until Feb. 16! I had enough. I canceled the order on that day, had the Member Service clerk e-mail me to verify the order had been canceled. Today is Jan. 27, 2015. Have still not received credit, so I called the store. They told me I would have to come into the store to receive credit BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN SO LONG SINCE THE PURCHASE! I asked to speak with the Manager, but obviously she was too busy and had the clerk tell me she would look into the installation problem. She's concerned because the installation company has already picked up the dishwasher. Well, that is between Sears and the installlation company. I will never, ever, ever do business with this joke of a business again. Every time you speak with someone on the phone, it's as if they are from another planet. No one is on the same page. What a shame they have the number 1 dishwasher rated by comsumer reports, and the worst service of any company I have ever dealt with. If I do not get a refund today when I go to the store, I will dispute the charges on my credit card. No wonder they are failing..........
