Stay on that side long enough and you're guaranteed to get a headache and be dehydrated. Don't get me started on the hole in the ceiling going towards Dillards if you want improvement in your mall then things should change. The place was bustling and lots of people currently checking out. Kind of a "Ugh, let's just get in and get out." To say we were BLOWN AWAY by the customer service we experienced during our visit would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman at the door. He then directed us to the restroom (since the nearby McDonald's restrooms were CLOSED). Then we passed a group of Target workers in the middle of a morning huddle. One lady in the group paused to greet us as well. (Super nice!) Lastly, 2 workers helped us locate an E.T. dvd that my Target app said was in stock but I couldn't find. These 2 individuals dropped what they were doing to help us find this $5 movie. AMAZING. So as you can see, this Target location might not be the newest, fanciest building but their STAFF really rolled out the RED carpet for us and we really appreciate it!

Headed straight for the electronics department where I found an employee, Tiffany C., she was putting up a new shelf system but was happy to stop and answer my questions and talk about the toys I was looking for. She had outstanding skills of customer service and a great overall knowledge of the particular products i was looking at. Very different experience than I usually receive at stores in the Houston area. I found a Funko Pop that was long sold out in my area of town, so that paired with Tiffany C's sunny disposition made this a very positive trip to a new Target.

The line looked long at first, but they had a QR code check-in system that made everything easier. We scanned the QR code with our phone, saw how long the wait would be, and got a text when it was her turn. It was great not having to just sit there--we were able to get some shopping done while we waited. Super convenient and way more efficient than we expected. So to me it's just always risky business here. Unfortunately, I bought three pairs of shoes online based on how they fit in the store and OMG they are so small. I should've thought well. These shoes in store have been tried on a lot and probably are stretched out. Since it's final sale, I'm just stuck with those shoes so while you can get a good deal, be cautious. Pro? The first…read moretime i went in the second location i asked about the section of a certain group of comics that were supposed to be on sale, staff was pretty uncertain about any questions i had and kept referring to the owner and that they would ask him. They never spoke with him, i guess expecting me to come back at their convenience. Second time I went in while my wife waited in my truck, she got tired of sitting inside and decided to walk in and browsed some graphic novels she was interested in. As I spent well over 150 in that store for my nephews bday gift, the skinny lady with glasses had continuously watched my wife and follow her around as if she was going to steal something and gave her this weird vibe.
