Their framing department has wonderful suggestions, great color sense, and they know their materials and stock. They're friendly, helpful, and never act as if customers are keeping them from more important things ( even though I know they need to go to the back and start putting together those wonderful combinations.). I have spent thousands of dollars at this particular location and hundreds each time I've walked in here. Instead of saving money and purchasing online, I have chosen to support this store. I had no idea they were closing at 8PM tonight (5/5/2023) I've always remembered them closing at 8:30 or 9:00. A minute after I walked in tonight, and just beyond the registers, I was asked repeatedly if I was let in the store because they were closed. WTH ? Then how else was I in the store ? The place was bustling and lots of people currently checking out. I was shouted at and told very rudely by one of the older ladies ( whom I'm pretty sure is the manager) to leave the store because they were closed. I'll be shopping online from now on. This isn't the first time one of the older ladies here has been really mean and rude. Also, if you are looking for a job, you would definitely never want to work for these people. read more

I was trying to exchange a new set of Christmas lights that were damaged. I was in the wrong line and was confronted by a VERY rude (I assume she was, an assistant manager). She told me that with no receipt she could not exchange them. SERIOUSLY! After a brief verbal exchange, and I quote, "I will do it this time only". This same "ray of sunshine" I had ask earlier for directions to extension cords. She was equally as curt at that time also. A very poor representation for an otherwise very nice and helpful group employees. read more

They don't not carry enough stock of yarn for larger projects like afghans. They had no more than 2 skeins of any color in the yarn I needed today. The Clerk tells me I can pick which one I want and they will order to arrive next week. Good grief. I could have ordered online from someone else and have it tomorrow. This is what I will do next time. Unless you have a small project or use many different colors, it's not worth the trip. Save time and money and order online read more

Love hobby lobby! It is great with prices, I love that I can find what I need. If I need more items for a project and they don't have any more on hand at least I got to get my hands on some and could order more online. No biggie to me. I like having hands on before buying so I know what I get when I do order more online. read more

Pretty much any mainstream drawing or painting supply or tool can be found at Hobby Lobby, and they carry a fair assortment of items for crafters of all sorts. Unlike Garden Ridge Pottery, I can still shop here without wanting to run for the door, as they carry a wide enough selection for impulse buyers without the craft show atmosphere. read more
