Attic Treasures has so many items, it's unbelievable how the owner can fit everything in her store! What's interesting, I saw so many Raggedy Ann dolls and vintage, women hats that aren't as prolific at other antique shops AND she even has several Siesta Ware cookie jars that I've never seen at other shops. I've visited antique shops in Rosenburg, Alvin, and in Houston many times and I've never seen these jars there. The prices are a little more than other shops, but understandable since some of her items I have not seen anywhere else. Irma, the owner, is super friendly and so sweet! I probably spent more time chatting with her than browsing. She is so amazing, she gave me career advice! LOL Her fur baby, Precious is super cute and followed me around the store until I cuddled her. Can't wait to come back and spend half a day browsing and hoping to snag a great deal!

Stay on that side long enough and you're guaranteed to get a headache and be dehydrated. Don't get me started on the hole in the ceiling going towards Dillards if you want improvement in your mall then things should change. Idk but in any business I've worked at , if the a/c went out that was priority and not left on the back burner cause that'll end up being a liability and your warping floors in the food court that the heat has also caused that I've seen a few people trip on. The employee that I am speaking of is Jennifer not only will she be completely rude and speaking to you when she has her bad days which seems here lately it's almost every time I go in and she's working she's huffing and puffing and going on about something that happened at another job or a customer walked in and didn't clean out the washing machine or left dryer sheets inside the dryer she will literally complain and complain until literally you're walking out. I honestly thought the establishment did not close until 10:00 but one day on a Friday I and a few others were rushed to get out by 8:00 because she needed to be at her other job but yet no we're on the door or anywhere did it say on Fridays when Jennifer works we must close early, and if so please forgive me for writing this but I double checked everywhere to see and I did not see a sign a note anything. Maybe working on your people skills would great. I understand working two jobs is hard but if you know you have to be at a certain job at a certain time maybe you need not to work at the other job on that same day so you can get to where you need to be it's just an idea of going out there. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for and an employee named Brandy showed me exactly where it was. My item was the winter candy apple body collection. It was on sale buy 3 get 2 free! I picked the ones I wanted and looked for another sign that said that so I could make sure I choose from the correct variety and there was a sign in the middle of the in the stars collection so i choose from that. And then went to check out and when I did brandy was there to check me out. She told me the in the stars collection was not part of the deal. They had their own sale going. I told her about the sign and she got an attitude really fast and tried explaining the correct sale to me. But her attitude ruined it. I told her I understand but she needs to move the sign. And that really frustrated her for some reason and then another employee who was listening in laughed insyead of trying to help. All I did was make a simple merchandising segestion and she acted like I was in the wrong and was rude and gave me an attitude. I made the segestion so other customers wouldn't be confused like I was. I then went and found a different employee told her about the sign and she explained to me which ones were part of the sale that I was looking for. The customer service in this store could be a lot better than it was and the merchandising could be better as well. And the attitudes have got to go!

Came in to buy backpacks for my kids. When I went to the counter to pay, the gentleman calculated…read morethe price, stated the total and attempted to charge me but then realized the machine was down. It wasn't a big deal because I was going to the food court to grab a bite to eat, so I figured I'd come back ,in about half an hour, and hopefully it would be working again. When I came back there was a lady working, she stated she was the owner, so I proceeded to ask if the machine was back up and she said indeed it was. My backpacks were already bagged behind the counter, so I let her know the situation, since the gentleman was no longer there. She asked me what total he had given me for both bags so I told her it was $24 with change. I wasn't sure of the exact cent amount. She then told me, she wasn't sure how he came up with that total because it was supposed to be $33 before taxes. I was a little shocked. I mean I could understand if it was a couple of dollars off but this lady was pretty much charging me for another bag, if compared to the price the gentleman, who she later said was her son, was charging me. I communicated my dissatisfaction and she proceeded to say that he didn't work there and he didn't know the prices. I was very confused because he was the only one working when I was there the first time and I'm sure he wasn't just pulling numbers out of the sky when he gave me a total. This is definitely not how a business should be run.
