We reached out to Jahan 3 times to see if there was anything he could do ( have the company that set it up come back out). While he was great during the sales process, he NEVER responded to any of our emails about our concern. Very disappointing to care about the sale and not the satisfaction, especially from a repeat customer.

We are being stonewalled with "our CFO needs to approve..." and other excuses. I now have to file a suit Monday to get a court to force them to keep their commitment.
