I was very pleased with the repair of the clasp on my diamond pendant necklace. They are reasonably…read morepriced and the service we received was very professional.

I rarely waste my time doing reviews on anything. In April my husband purchased a jade bracelet…read morefrom this jewelry store. It was too big so I took it back for an adjustment. I also left a couple of rings I needed resized and my grandmothers saltwater pearls they needed too be restrung.I have had them re-strung a few times before over the years but now I would have to wait until August to get them back from the jeweler. He outsources his pearl stringing and when I picked them up the first time it took them two months to get them back to me. I wore them one time and the string started to fray and of course I took them back in and ask them to correct the problem. I only wear my pearls every now and again so for the string to fray and slack between pearls on the first day I wore them shows me that the workmanship was seriously flawed. I took the strand back and it has taken me till August to get them. The stupid part is they made ME pay them again for the warranty work. They chose to outsource the work. I had no idea they did not do their own pearl repairs. Making me pay for it again was a total shakedown. They had my heirloom jewelry and instead of Doing the right thing and guaranteeing their work, they forced to pay in order to get my jewelry back. Do not shop here. It will cost you. Do not use them for repairs. They don't stand by their work.

Wonderful, wonderful experience at Something Blue! Let me just say,…read more This was my first stop of four bridal wedding shops- and I cancelled the rest of my appointments after I left here! First, scheduling my appointment was very easy and they were accessible. When you first walk in, the location is beautiful! It's spacious, with lots of styles! They seat you at this cozy private section with your own couches in your area. You get to look at the dresses and pick some you like to try on. I love that they also give you a sheet to fill out with all of your information. I knew the general idea of what I wanted (Style, With Straps, Color) and Connie was the absolute BEST! She listened to what I really wanted, and all of the dresses she pulled for me that she thought I'd like, we're all so beautiful it was hard to choose just one. Connie made me feel so comfortable in my own skin and provided me with lots of helpful tips, comments and feedback of the dresses! I was so thankful she was helping me. I think I tried on close to 10 dresses and they were all so beautiful. One thing I can say is you can immediately notice the high quality of these dresses. They are heavy and filled with detail-they are not cheap material. After trying on all the nominees, Connie has you try your top 3 or top 2 to see how you feel in them. She has you walk around and try on veils to get the full experience. The thing I love the most is that they are not pushy or rushing. Connie took her time with me and really cared about getting me in the dress that I loved. You can tell they are about customer service and not making the sale. I really appreciated that. They also accommodated by giving us juice instead of champagne to toast to me finding the dress and it was wonderful! I am so thankful for this amazing experience. Thank you Connie and thank you Something Blue.
