I walked past her, and after several seconds, I said hello. Her response seemed forced and annoyed hello. Five or ten minutes later, her coworker came from the back to clock out. No acknowledgment from her either. It was just the two of us in the store. I perused the whole store looking at the outfits. Not once did this salesperson ask me if I needed help or acknowledge my existence. She ignored me the whole time. With employees like her, it is no surprise why retail stores shutter. She was a horrible representative for this store. I could have purchased many of the clothes, however, I chose to leave and made my purchases online. If I am treated in such disrespectful manner, why would I give this store and their horrible staff my hard earned money?

The socks are strongly recommended, the Colorful 50 has 50 colors you can select, 4 pairs for $12.90 (used be only $10). The system is very advanced, you don't have to scan the items one by one, you just put all the things you select into the draw and the system will automatically give you the list. Me and my child actually came in to make a purchase. When we approached the cashier station--nobody was there. The only associate nearby (Cashier USH702) was lazily messing around with items on the shelf. She saw us. She absolutely saw us. And she did nothing. We stood there waiting for almost a minute, awkwardly ignored. I finally greeted her to get her attention, hoping she would actually check us out. She looked over, completely lifeless, then went back to whatever she was doing. Another half a minute passed before I finally asked, "Do you think someone can check us out?" Only then did she bother to respond--with irritation, like we were the problem. Her only question: "Are you paying cash or card?" As if that mattered. When I said "card," she still delayed, moved like she was underwater, and eventually dragged herself down to the register. The arrogance and laziness were off the charts. This was not customer service--this was open contempt for customers. With that kind of attitude, she should not be working anywhere near paying customers. If management doesn't take this seriously and retrain--or replace--associates like this, this location is finished.
