Their attitude completely changed--no one helped me take off the dress, and we had to ask for a garment bag. The police used the lot to catch speeders buzzing down the street or to stop a possible crime like the poor homeless man that was beaten to his death and left laying behind the center. Before you could get some cheap take out, buy your drugs, beer, wine and hard alcohol and have your clothes dry cleaned when all was said and done. Now, the parking lot has been restored to it's original smoothness, the center has had a complete makeover on the outside and a brand spanking new Planet Fitness and a huge Dunkin Donuts have moved in. Some space is still available, but now on top of what you could do before at this center, add donuts and then working out, not necessarily in that order.

I contacted the store and explained my story to the owner, sent over all the proof I had and encouraged him to run a search himself to see he is the literal only person in possession of this braclet due to it being truly 1 of a kind. The owner could have said "tough luck, but it at asking price" and he would have had every right to do so considering I don't have a sku number or receipt, just my truth. The owner did what you would not expect someone who runs a Pawn Shop did, he is getting it back to me at break even for him. He could easily get probably 3x the cost of this from a stranger but the owner decided to believe me and do everything he can do to be fair. This owner, Sam is truly an example of a good human being.
