This is the one of the best and biggest Targets in the area. The store is usually really organized, clean, and it's easy to navigate and find the items that you need. I like Target mainly for their women's clothing and children's clothing. They have some really nice styles for decent prices. On my last visit here, I came for some new khaki pants for my daughter for school since she grows out of her pants so quickly. They had a nice selection of pants and they also had some cute pajamas which I also picked up. They have a nice selection of hair care products also that I like to buy for my daughter. read more

Please for the love of god remove AT&T from the store, I'm walking around with my 1 year old daughter and these guys are trying to sell me on AT&T. If I say no thank you leave me alone. 1. Target's prices are usually 10% to 20% higher than W-----t's but the store is infinitely nicer and the staff less nasty. On several occasions, Target has tried to cheat me. On my last trip, nine of 11 items were priced higher at the register than stated on the shelf stickers. Target is running a classic bait and switch scam. Their main office refused to refund the overcharges. Notice that none of the pricing "errors" are ever in the customer's favor, so Target is definitely committing fraud. I will still shop here but only when absolutely necessary and I will always refrain from buying the bait and switch items. read more

Hey guys i understand the place is short on employees but maybe not have 90% of the staff hanging out up front blocking the exit. Also if you lock stuff up then have employees there to open it when someone needs something, also this is kind of sad do you do training on how to use a dust pan? Target you really need to do a better job at training staff, if you're working then work. I ask a lady at self checkout if she call someone to open the locked cases and the lady was about to cry because she was basically hung out to dry. Twice I was "randomly" asked for my receipt, and when checking my receipt four white customers with more items then I had were just able to walk out the store with no question. When asked why they were checking my receipt I was ignored. What a joke. Great service for someone like me who spends thousands in target for my Reno projects. This place used to be my second home, but since they changed the store layout I find myself coming here less and less. It's so confusing, there's different section based on brands instead of type of clothes and the aisle locations doesn't make sense, let alone it's hard enough to find the aisle number. Luckily I found an employee who was so helpful in finding the jeans I wanted - she took me to the section which I would have never found because I only saw the front of the section which were athletics. She even tried to help me find my size as well, wish I got her name. I didn't see too many Black Friday sales when I went but I went on Friday evening. The manager named Will is so rude. I had a few returns with a receipt but was denied because he said I had to return the items at the store i bought them at. I absolutely love Target! I'm lucky enough to live a few minutes away & I am always running there for things I need. I use the cartwheel app ( you can find it in your App Store on your smart phone ) for extra savings. Not everything you are going to purchase is on cartwheel but if you are a couponer like me the savings are a lot higher. If you get a Target Debit or Credit card you can save an additional 5% off. The store employees are some of the nicest people you will ever meet, whether it's the Pharmacy or checking out. read more

They recently remodeled Target and one of the ways they remodeled it was to hire an elderly horribly nasty sales woman! I have been going to this Target for 13 and a 1/2 years and giving them my business.I recently was there and had a very nice friendly middle aged cashier,then a nice young woman who helped me look for a Target brand product and they were out of it,so she said she would let the corporate office know. Then I went to look for something else,and the store is big and so I asked a young woman if she could help me find it,she said it wasn't her department she's in fashion,she could have been more friendly but she wasn't nasty,and she walked me over and asked an elderly employee who I didn't even see there,for help and she was immediately disgustingly very nasty in her tone of voice and face expressions towards me for *no rational reason* at all! Then she spoke to the young woman who had taken me over to look for the product about it and when I repeated what I was looking for,this elderly employee said in even more nasty way,That isn't related that's something different. It was related but the issue is how nasty she was towards me for nothing! I had also said to the younger employee that it's really hard to see the categories of items on the isle signs now and she said they used to have red signs. People everywhere should never be nasty to strangers for no rational reason who never did anything to them, and you as a customer are giving them your money to help them stay in business and in addition you never know what someone is going through or what medical conditions they have,they could have just lost someone they loved,just been diagnosed with cancer,or had it in the past,have high blood pressure which I was diagnosed with a year ago and have been on medication for it since.She upset me so badly that I'm sure my blood pressure got elevated,if I have a stroke or heart attack and I'm lucky enough not to die from them, I could sue her and she should pay for my medical bills! I have also have had bad irritable bowl syndrome for almost 26 years that acts up every 4 or 5 months and I have to take an antispasmodic pain medication for it and this condition and pain can sometimes be triggered by being upset! I called and complained to a supervisor at the Target corporate office and she said she was sorry that it happened and that customers shouldn't be treated this way and she called my local Target and spoke to a manager so as she said,this type of thing won't happen again. I have been shopping at this particular target store for many years now. It is always clean and well organized but especially during the covid pandemic they are on top of keeping everyone safe. They sanitize their carts afterwards each use and they have carts ready for you when you walk in that have already been cleaned. I like the fact that if you download the app on your phone they have extra coupons you can add from the target circle and if your use their credit card to check out, you get an extra 5% off your order. This is a much better alternative to Walmart which I never go to anymore. The customer service is excellent and the cashiers are cheerful and friendly. They even have a nice selection of woman's clothing and handbags. Highly recommended this Target over Walmart any day. read more

I love Target (pronounced Target, not Tar-jey) and I am not afraid to admit it!!! I may not be a huge fan of clothes shopping, which is why I get most of my clothes and shoes online (id'd rather pay shipping for returns then go rammage through stuff in a store) but I LOVE shopping for household items. And there's no better place than Target for that, and if I do happen to see a maxi skirt I like, I'll get that as well. And now that they've added a complete grocery section, I am almost golden. There are three "Target" stores in the vicinity of where I live: 1. Roosevelt Blvd (next to Shoprite) 2. Neshamini Mall 3. Bustleton and Cottman Although I have had the pleasure to shop at all three, I do prefer the Roosevelt one to all others. It is my "go-to" place for everything and anything that I need, even if it may be a tad more expensive than, let's say, Walmart... Most of the house decor items I have (pillows, vases, etc) are from Target. In fact, I look forward to their "Asian-African Month" every year because that's when they have the coolest stuff from those regions. My only complaint is that I ALWAYS end up buying more than I came there to get!!! :) read more

The only issue I have with target is that No one is trained on how to work at the photo department. Target don't teach any of their employee how the photo system work. Not even the manager know a thing about printing photos any sizes larger than 8x10. Its the same issue with other target as well. It took an employee over 15 minutes to figure out how to print a 11x14 photo but that was out of luck. He randomly press some button on the photo computer and it work. This is for target.com services, not in store. I ordered three 20 lb. containers of cat litter, along with two bottles of shampoo and several bags of cat treats for home delivery. First, the cat litter tubs were placed in flimsy cardboard boxes, which broke upon me trying to move them, and the litter fell on some of the bags of cat treats, crushing them. Who in heaven's name would place something so heavy in a cardboard box, and put "crushables" (cat treats in this case) in the same box? Secondly, the lids of the shampoo bottles were taped, but around the lids only and NOT taped to the bottle. Before when I have ordered liquids, they tape the tape around the lids and attach to the bottle. Taping only the lid makes no sense and is a waste of tape. I filed a complaint to Target and the woman who reached out to me promised to provide feedback to the packaging/shipping areas, but she defended the use of putting the litter tubs in cardboard boxes, citing to prevent the caps from coming off and litter going everywhere. Why don't they wind heavy tape around the lids and attach to the tubs, and ship as stand alone items? Would they put two 40 pound tubs in a cardboard box? I found my cat treats on walmart.com, and I will go back to purchasing litter at the market. It will be more expensive but I won't have to worry about spillage/handling issues and the stress resulting from them. read more

The one-star rating is for the horrible cashiers they have up front. Today a women with tattoos up and down her arms called me "Hon" SEVEN TIMES during my transaction. As I was taking the items out of my cart she was very busy talking to another coworker, and because of this she left the previous customer's bag of paid-for items in the bagging area. SO then she had to walk slowly to customer service to bring the bag that 'the customer forgot' (sure) and finally come back to call me Hon too many times and ask if I am a mother? Why are you ASKING me? It's Mother's Day - if you feel the need to acknowledge, just say 'Happy Mother's Day' and leave it at that. Do NOT question each customer (she did to the lady after me as well) whether or not we are mothers. We could have children who just died or maybe we suffer from infertility. She was not an APPROPRIATE representative of Target. Many months ago they had another irritating cashier who spent the entire time talking to the other cashiers and workers WHILE she processed a customer's order. It was so OBNOXIOUS and I made a point of going in any line but hers. I haven't seen her recently so they must have gotten rid of her and replaced her with the overly chatty Hon lady. read more

I don't like big corporations like this, but target is by far my favorite. Comparing them to walmart is like comparing a chickfila to a McDonald's. Both will kill you, out other places out of business, pay employees next to nothing and look tacky as hell, but this is the better option. Andrew at the Pharmacy is always courteous, pleasant and helpful. Customer returns are always smooth. Just don't try to get photos with nudity developed here! LOL NOT ME! I swear. There was a lady causing all sorts of a raucous when I was there today. Target has a no nudity policy when it comes to the photo stuff. Isn't that why they have digital cameras and picture paper out there? Oh and the security guard was quite friendly (and cute!). I do love Target. Just keep me away from the cosmetics.... If you don't use your Red Card within a year, they drop your spending limit and it causes a drop in your credit score. With no warning. I canceled the card and will not shop target at all. There are so many other places to shop besides this rip off company. read more
