    Kohls is my favorite store. I also work at Kohls. Everything is always on sale. This store is # 1. The people are very helpful

Because I am not from the immediate area, I have always relied on local men's clothing stores closer to home. While those experiences were always adequate, none of them ever stood out as extraordinary. My visit to your establishment completely changed my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door, your team was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to deal with. Your staff expertly helped me put together a stylish suit along with the perfect accessories, and the level of professionalism and care I received was exceptional. I was especially amazed by the quality and selection you offer, as well as the expertise of your team. Even though your store is approximately 25 miles from where I live, I can confidently say I will not shop anywhere else moving forward. The experience was that impressive. Please extend my sincere appreciation to everyone on your team. Businesses that provide this level of customer service and personal attention are rare today, and your staff should be commended for creating such an outstanding shopping experience. "I've been in this business for 43 years, I know what I'm doing." Woah! Congratulations, man! Good for you! But when you belittle me for how I want MY own tuxedo to fit for MY wedding, you clearly shouldn't be in this business. If you don't want to meet the customer where his vision lies and treat me like CRAP, then don't sell to customers! Make suits for yourself! At least that'll save others from dealing with the egotistical, arrogant, and outright RUDE employees that work here. I also don't want to make this a race thing, but let's just say, I haven't seen him (or his other employees) treat his white customers this way. Alan, if you're reading this, no one gives a crap how long you've been doing this. No one. If you treat your customers like how you treated me, you've been an awful businessman for 43 years, or whatever number you were blabbering about. Time to retire and reflect on your ego! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not sure why they have all these great reviews; it's probably all their family friends and Caucasian customers. They deserve 0 stars for how they treated me.

    as somebody who doesnt know the difference between a black tie or a white hat dinner, i came here…read moreto purchase a suit to attend a wedding. the old lady running the store at the time, being an awesome salesperson that she is, sold me what looked to be a decent enough suit at first glance. upon trying it on, I notice the shoulder pads were looking a little stretched out and almost like someone was pulling them to a side. she said it will go away if I keep wearing it and that the suit is meant to look like that. well after attending the wedding and seeing what actual suits are supposed to look like, i can verify with 100% certainty she just took advantage of my ignorance to get rid of some trash merchandise. definitely go with someone who isn't afraid to vouch on your behalf and call out a scammer if you're not comfortable with arguing for yourself

    For a company specializing in the most special occasions Rococo almost ruined ours…read more FIRST IMPRESSION: A first impression says a lot, maybe a forewarning we should have paid attention to. When we went to be measured for our Tuxes the owner was vaping both outside and inside the store during our fitting. If that wasn't unprofessional enough they had a dog in the store running around jumping on people and their suits - not even considering people have pet allergies and it is just a questionable practice of cleanliness and professionalism. WEEK OF WEDDING: After you fully pay for the tuxedo the day you try it on, don't expect to be supported in ANY way. In fact, don't expect to be called as promised to come pick up the tuxedos. After calling multiple times the week of the wedding rightfully concerned about the readiness of the tuxedos for our groomsman party (they rarely pick up) we were finally told by the owner "We do this for a living - no one will go to the wedding naked." - ironically some of us almost did go without clothing. THURSDAY: Some groomsman are called a day and a half before and told it was ready, some not at all. As the wedding was on FRIDAY and this store closes at 6PM on the dot - good luck getting there to pick it up if you have a job, we needed to rely on others to pick it up for us and hope to god it all fit as promised (cue the nail biting). FRIDAY - DAY OF WEDDING: Unfortunately this was the first day for some of us to actually try on our tux. The Best man's shirt was too small (even after being "measured" in store). The shirt was so cheap with frayed thread and weird stains that the tuxedo pins did not fit in the holes, falling out and opening his shirt entirely every time he moved. A Groomsmans pants hemmed to high, even after being measured. The hem line is a joke, it looks like they used scissors to hem it. Two of the Groomsman suspenders were sized for a child, so they had to clip them to the middle of their back - we laughed because it was hysterical but they couldn't take any pictures without their jacket and hey- this was the reason the groom choose suspenders - so, our pictures, not what they had planned. HOURS BEFORE WEDDING: Once we realized the issues AND during work hours (2pm on Friday) We immediately and urgently called both your offices and the main store leaving messages hoping you could offer us support. We left urgent messages offering to come get replacements and outlining the issues - but no one called us back. In fact, no one even called after the wedding to check on us, apologize or even give us instructions on how to return the tux. MONDAY AFTER WEDDING: Not one person from Rococco cared to follow up with us after having urgently calling and leaving multiple voicemails during work hours. When we addressed this in person after the wedding, it was blamed on an 83 year-old answering the phones (or not) and a death in the family. Zero attempt to apologize or even take responsibility for anything at all, literally not one single thing. We were told however that they would credit us for the small shirt since we had to buy a new one an hour before the wedding photos. As I write this - there was no credit and this too was just a lie to get us out of the store. We were happy to support this store as Rococo was both a local business in our town and a men's specialty store BUT, you need to do better by your customers. This isn't a store, it's a suit mill where all that matters is overcharging for cheap suits and no customer care. Your carelessness almost cost us a very special day. If it wasn't for a completely different store helping out last minute we narrowly avoided a complete disaster. We felt that it was only right to warn others before having an experience like ours.

    I went into this store with my kids hoping to find suits for the prom. We walked in 45min prior to…read moreclosing so being sensitive to the store closing we tried to rush through and find something my Boys would like. The manager in that store was rude from the very beginning once we decided to do a rental it got even worse. He told me I was frantic and needed to calm down - I was totally confused as were my kids because we were trying to pay for our rental prior to leaving and were def asking questions while they were ringing us up. I told him I was not frantic and also proceeded to ask if I was annoying him at which point he replied yes - I apologized for annoying him and said I was just trying to get my suits and he said thanks for apologizing which totally shocked me as to how he would dare say that when I never were rude or frantic until he came at me. He then said he wouldn't sell me a suit and wouldn't give me a name although the employer acknowledged he was the store manager. This store is horrible. Don't go there and so was the staff. I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow as well. Miserable people. Don't shop there
