So I was recently actually looking for some things for my friends baby shower and I happened to…read morehave a couple of gift cards left over from my birthdays and Christmas and such so when I originally came to the place, I asked the lady if she could give me the balance on my gift cards so that I knew how much I had to either add with or spend, and she told me in order to do that I need to make a purchase, so no big deal I went to actually go find some stuff I wanted to buy and in the process of doing so I have looking around to get like help from someone who work there or like employees or whatever and like literally two out of the three ladies that were working like not only ignored me when I spoke directly to them, but instead of helping me directly went to helping a totally different person that was in his speaking to them so needless to say I ended up getting extremely frustrated and leaving without buying anything now I don't claim to be like the richest person in the world but I definitely don't think I look like homeless or anything. I look like a decent person. How do you treat someone who's attempting to be a customer and buy some stuff from your place of business, and then just act like they don't even exist or they're there. Dirt on the bottom of your shoe is beyond me completely unacceptable Rudest ladies ever.

He was most helpful on trying to help us find the shoes my daughter wanted and for us to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off sale. The shoe was not available in store but he let us know it can be ordered and delivered to our home. With the help of I believe his manager, Alyssa we were able to find my daughter two pairs of shoes to her liking. Vince and Alyssa went above and beyond and provided us with such a great shopping experience. We did not feel rushed, they both were nothing but accommodating to our needs. When one of the employees or managers saw 2 or 3 people on line, she opened another cash register. I wish these outlet stores carried petite sizes for women. Nothing I tried on fit me. I'm short.

The ones I played with when I was young and a tomboy! :) There was even a vintage Barbie play set! Items are marked by number to correspond to vendors that place their items at this mall. You can find some bargains in the browsing for sure! I found some cool items -- a vintage sugar container, a mini grater that is attached to a measuring cup and a custom framed Mahomes! I couldn't pass up the Mahomes for $50! Perfect birthday gift for someone I know that loves him! Even the owners hubs was in awe that I was buying and beat him to getting it. lol The staff is so nice and available to answer any questions on any of the items. My friend found a cart on wheels that is perfect for tea parties by the vendor for that item was out of town and it had no price. The owner called and spoke to the vendor and they agreed that once she's back in town it can be picked up and purchased. There is an outside market every 2nd Sunday and it includes many vendors in addition to what is inside!! You may just find your perfect treasure when you visit. I DEFINITELY would enjoy coming back here every so often to check out any new items I may like to take home. Recommend checking the place out. Probably could spend a few hours walking around so plan accordingly.

This is probably one of the better antique stores in the area with a lot to look at and if you are in to Star wars and other superheroe stuff these is the place to visit. Went in to buy a $100 gift card. The clerk could not get the gift card to read correctly, so she…read moregets help. She then rips it out of the gift folder that it comes in. Then she shoves it back into that folder, which is now damaged and ripped. Perfect gift!! I go to put my debit card in their machine which proceeds to have problems processing it. My perfectly fine debit card is denied four different times because their reader doesn't work. I explain that. My bank then texts me to see if I'm ok since my card has been swiped and denied numerous times for no good reason. I told the clerk there's nothing wrong with the card. Response: "oh well it seems to be denying it. Not sure what the problem is". No manager help, no further questions - nothing. They put in no effort to correct the situation and couldn't have cared less. Lost a $100 easy sell.

Usually, they are 2 for $50 when they are on sale. I purchased a pair for just a little over $10. It was probably the only good deal I found when shopping at the outlet stores that day. I should have kept looking for more. It was just so overwhelming when I first walked into the store. There's a lot of inventory stacked in bins and on racks. You'll be sure to find something great if you're patient enough. Just be aware that all sales are final.

After waiting a bit I had to go and interrupt the same two employees and ask one of them to check me out. Tonight 6/13, I went in and shopped for a bit and got a few PJ sets. The cashier that rang me up was so beyond rude I couldn't believe it. I had a mismatched set because the store did not have the correct size bottoms in stock. She told me that I couldn't mismatch the sizes and then kept saying it over and over like I was incompetent. I understood the first time she told me and I said I'd go look and see if I could find the right size. She rolled her eyes and told me they closed in 10 minutes. The rack was ten feet away from the cashier. She told me she would hold my place in line while I looked instead of just suspending the transaction and re-ringing it once I found the correct size. The second I got over there she came behind me telling me that they didn't have the shorts in the size I was looking for and rushing me to look. The store wasn't closed yet and still had tons of people in it with about 4-5 people waiting in line ANYWAY. The entire experience made me feel very uncomfortable and I definitely will not be coming back.
