So I was recently actually looking for some things for my friends baby shower and I happened to…read morehave a couple of gift cards left over from my birthdays and Christmas and such so when I originally came to the place, I asked the lady if she could give me the balance on my gift cards so that I knew how much I had to either add with or spend, and she told me in order to do that I need to make a purchase, so no big deal I went to actually go find some stuff I wanted to buy and in the process of doing so I have looking around to get like help from someone who work there or like employees or whatever and like literally two out of the three ladies that were working like not only ignored me when I spoke directly to them, but instead of helping me directly went to helping a totally different person that was in his speaking to them so needless to say I ended up getting extremely frustrated and leaving without buying anything now I don't claim to be like the richest person in the world but I definitely don't think I look like homeless or anything. I look like a decent person. How do you treat someone who's attempting to be a customer and buy some stuff from your place of business, and then just act like they don't even exist or they're there. Dirt on the bottom of your shoe is beyond me completely unacceptable Rudest ladies ever.

It was pretty busy but we managed to stop at the stores we wanted like children's place and Victoria's Secret etc. they have a wide selection of name brand stores and also had a cute boutique that was going out of business they had some really nice beaded purses and clothing for sale. Overall, Ellenton premium outlets is a nice place to shop and has good prices definitely a better deal than your average mall.

I am a hard worker and work for my things. I have no reason to take any chances with stealing when I have plenty of money and can afford it. This is sickening and I hope management or corporate can educate this location that not every person of color steals. They had the cutest dresses and sweater covers in all kinds of colors. And, your Chico's coupons work as well at the Outlet. The only disappointing thing is that you have to make any returns directly to the Outlet store so I would hesitate to order anything online unless you really don't mind making the trip to the outlet store if they don't fit. But, the drive was worth it for us from Temple Terrace since we were planning on getting several things.

My perfectly fine debit card is denied four different times because their reader doesn't work. I explain that. My bank then texts me to see if I'm ok since my card has been swiped and denied numerous times for no good reason. I told the clerk there's nothing wrong with the card. Response: "oh well it seems to be denying it. Not sure what the problem is". No manager help, no further questions - nothing.
