Got dressed for a wedding and was holding the shrug then it got chilly so I put it on. Immediately started to smell a burnt tire smell. I figured out it was the shrug, I took it off and returned it to my car. I tried to return it today and the first woman said they couldn't take it back because I had worn it. I asked for a manager, as she came out to the register before I could even tell my story she said, "We are not taking that back." I told her to keep it and that I would never shop there again.

Dreadful service online. Don't trust them for Xmas gifts!…read more I ordered an item weeks ago and, after chasing it a few times, received an email saying they had canceled the order "due to a technical issue." No apology, no refund (I had to chase that) and they did not automatically re-place the order. After spending hours on the phone, I finally got a refund and re-placed the order. Two weeks later and still no sign of it. And still no response from the company as to when or if I will get it. So I emailed them - again - and, after a lot of back and forth, discovered the item was out of stock - yet they had NEVER BOTHERED TO TELL ME THAT. In fact, they had sent me an email saying "your order is on track." And IT WAS SHOWING AS IN STOCK ON THEIR WEBSITE! After complaining a few days ago, someone called me today and apologized, offered me some paltry discount on another item. I said I would never do business with them again. But here's the best part. They sent an email asking for a review, so I wrote up a totally honest account of what happened -- AND THEY EMAILED BACK SAYING THEY WOULD NOT PUBLISH IT because "it did not meet all our website guidelines". -- Ha! It was supposed to be a Xmas present for my wife. Truly dreadful service from what I thought was a decent company. Never again.
