Two weeks later and still no sign of it. And still no response from the company as to when or if I will get it. So I emailed them - again - and, after a lot of back and forth, discovered the item was out of stock - yet they had NEVER BOTHERED TO TELL ME THAT. In fact, they had sent me an email saying "your order is on track." And IT WAS SHOWING AS IN STOCK ON THEIR WEBSITE! After complaining a few days ago, someone called me today and apologized, offered me some paltry discount on another item. I said I would never do business with them again. But here's the best part. They sent an email asking for a review, so I wrote up a totally honest account of what happened -- AND THEY EMAILED BACK SAYING THEY WOULD NOT PUBLISH IT because "it did not meet all our website guidelines". -- Ha!
