They didn't notice because they were talking about their plans after work. With a few attempts from me and other guests failing, I had to find a new path to my destination. This isn't a one off thing. It happens more times than not while visiting this store. As for cleanliness, it is about the same. Not talking about having rolling racks out for restock here. It looks as though no one is sweeping/vacuuming for weeks or longer when you see the dust and debris pilled up. It was pretty busy but we managed to stop at the stores we wanted like children's place and Victoria's Secret etc. they have a wide selection of name brand stores and also had a cute boutique that was going out of business they had some really nice beaded purses and clothing for sale. Overall, Ellenton premium outlets is a nice place to shop and has good prices definitely a better deal than your average mall.
