The associate that was assisting me before the interruption said she would get the manager, who was then able to pull up the receipt and complete the exchange.

I reached out several times asking Oakley for nice Pink glasses and as soon as the store had them they called me. My last two visits have been disappointing. I never change my mind off of 1 poor visit. I wanted a new pair of glasses earlier this year so I stopped by to look. The sales agent was cool and indifferent, however I wanted a couple new pairs so I shopped. I settled on one pair only since there were no specials at the time and when I asked about a cloth she said it doesnt come with that or a case. Okay. Pay. leave. With such a horrendous attitude, it's a real wonder why he isn't sitting in a cubicle pushing paperwork rather than working RETAIL--- dealing with customers is a part of his job.
