I love this TJ Max! It's spacious and has home goods as well as normal clothing focused TJ Max. I came to find some things for burning man and found alot of things in the clearance section. Also found soap and a rug to use in our RV. The line can be long but keeps moving. Will def be back soon!

This has to be one of the best TJ Maxx I've been to. The beauty/ skincare section is amazing!! Found so many good treasures there including dr.jart, murad, first aid beauty, laneige, and many more for less than half the price. This is definitely my new go to skin care hunting place - sorry sephora! I also love how its connected to homegoods. This place is literally massive and has everything you ever need. It was fun just to stroll around (you'll probably end up buying way more than you came for). There were employees outside monitoring occupancy and no line at the cash register so no need to wait or worry about it being crowded during (although i did come on a weekday).

Came by to pick up some random item and was surprised that Homegood is connected to TJ Maxx, so much that they share cash registers! The TJ Maxx side was well stocked and much cleaner than Ross up the street. The line was on the longer side, for a weeknight at 9 pm...maybe that's why they're hiring?

Very nice store well stock, organize and really good prices!! Event tho I had come many times before today I experience a blown away customer service the young guy at check out SAM was so friendly and proper when taking care of me and my transaction he looks like he is well trained good job to management. And thanks for taking all the sanitation very seriously while I was in line I notice every cashiers deep cleaning the counters thanks for that too !!

Adidas, Nike, Under Armour...saves me $ and saves me a trip to the outlet mall!

I don't care how friendly you are, that's just effin annoying. yes, I have worked retail and understand. I am sorry. I just lost a pet and then went to the dentist for an intense cleaning I wasn't ready to go home to an empty house so.. I went to peruuuz the clearance section. Sometimes things make it into the clearance section that aren't actually on clearance so you have to be kind of careful. With my absolutely stuffed cart seriously... full of stuff, I pulled up to the checkout line. I waited an incredibly long amount of time because the checker was being absolutely delightful to someone who required a lot of assistance. The person in front of me commented to this checker how they have the patience of a God. I was about to say the same thing. I mean, she didn't even look put out. She was still just as friendly and just as helpful with the person in front of me. When I finally pulled up, I explained to her that I needed to be quite careful with what I purchased because I am broke let me tell you she was just incredible. She told me the original price and then discounted price, then explained how much of a percentage it was off Each item on clearance! THEY WERE FAST. She totally understood that I just couldn't buy things unless they were under a certain amount. I felt like I had a teammate --instead of someone making me feel ashamed or embarrassed, or that I was taking up too much of their time. She was fast, polite, super helpful, and incredibly understanding. Andrea, if you read this, you were the friendly person that I needed today and I appreciate you. A rare retail experience with a very rare and precious human. THANK YOU, ANDREA. -Blue haired broke weirdo in your line on Tuesday. xoxo

Then, when I brought it back, the person handling the return gave me a skeptical attitude as if I was returning it after use rather than because it was defective. The issue was clear: air was flowing out of the wrong pipe, making the tank unusable. This was a product defect, not buyer's remorse or misuse. The whole reason I purchased online was to save time and avoid inconvenience, but instead it created more hassle and wasted time. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expected better customer service and a smoother resolution from Target. Target can do better.

That was fine when my son would come there to get chips and Ramune, but then he tried to be nice and get me a pair of slippers. I was waiting in the car for him. He grabbed a pair of slippers, but didn't think to get a receipt - which apparently has no value anyways - and brought them back to the car. They were way too small, so I sent him back to exchange (60 seconds after he'd left the store). The lady at the counter said he could not because he had no receipt (not even a true statement as you'll find out). So, then he didn't want to disappoint me and went and got another pair. The sizing is in super super small print, and he got it wrong again. I went back with him and asked for a refund. The lady at the counter was nervous and said she would need to call a manager. Another guy came up, and said he couldn't help, and called for a third person. This guy comes up and says he can't help me, and points to the receipt that says "no returns or exchanges"... which begs the question, why even have receipts?! I said he just bought these two items a minute ago, and the "second" manager said there were no exceptions. I get it if we brought back slippers that had been used, but clearly that wasn't the case. I've told my son to go next door to the Marketplace now for his Ramunes and snacks, which he buys 3-4 times a week. I would say they have terrible customer service, but they really have NO customer service. I had a decent impression of this store and now think they are awful. I am stuck with two pairs of slippers that don't fit and my young son feels badly about the whole thing. Much ado about losing $12? Maybe, but the experience is way more important than the goods, and the experience was hot garbage.
