Broken part. Whistle no longer works. Poor quality
    D W L.

Price is reasonable but item quality is very random. Got a whistle kettle less than one week and whistle stopped working due to broken host plastic. Cheap material. Unfortunately, they don't give me refund or store credit for loss of my receipt. Remember to keep your store receipt for 30-day. Don't run into a situation like I did. Don't recommend buy from Marshalls due to random product quality. Would rather buy from Target.

    I love surprises.

This store is my lifesaver. Whenever I trave and if I forget something; I can always relying on Marshalls Store to find what I urgently need. It's located at the beginning of major congestion - Stevens Creek and Lawrence Expressway. And, it has other great stuff at this strip mall. They have higher-end stuff that I can't find in Houston. So, I normally pack my suitcase with gifts I bought from here. If anything not working out, I can simply return any unwanted items at a Marshalls Store near home. No hassle return policy is just great. I was a little baffled during this trip. I saw the racks with stuff misplaced, like leggings in men's section and underwear in active section. Assume these were just a fluke. But I still enjoy shopping here.

    Crocs
    Huiru S.

This Marshall's is huge. The store front has fairly friendly employees at the cash register. Just really want them to have bigger selection of Crocs for women and teenagers. Their sizes are too big. Can't get anything to fit the 12 year olds. Having a bigger selection of Crocs would make us visit this store much more frequently.

SHOUTOUT Cashier Shirley (Black old Mrs with gray hair): I really don't appreciate how you treated me today. When I came to the cashier I great you and I respect you. You notice there where some prices that was incorrect. The minute that you notice your whole attitude change you became dismissive, inpatient, you change your tone of voice, you stared to make that face of discuss and stared to ignore me. You made an other staff to come and fix it. Then everything else I had in my car you check and over check like I was stealing. One thing is that you see people try to sneak things. But checking it 4x that was way too much. I was patient waiting to find out the prices you keep asking me if I wanted it without tell me the prices. Then you over charge me. At the end you made like 4 staff to come to the front to check. You humiliate me, made me feel bad just because you could. Funny thing you acted like I was going to steal but I didn't even had a bag with me not even a small purse.

I like many styles there, but sometimes just didn't buy them due to the price. Sometimes they have on-sale items hanging outside the store. $29.99 a piece. I've found great bargains there. I bought a summer skirt, a winter skirt, and a full dress! Great deals.

It's a cute boutique offering California-made items such as pottery, clothes, skin care products, jewelry, art, and more. The store is nicely organized and their items are neatly displayed. I was surprised to see they carry the wonderful Osea skin care products as I didn't know they were made in California. I ended up buying a ceramic spoon rest, room spray, and a tiny gold "diamond" ring. Their prices were reasonable. The store owner rang up my items and was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

For 10 or $20 you could buy one of these along with a bottle for your friend or as a cute housewarming present!! They had different sizes, different flavors and different mixes that went for everything!! They even had a fruit punch, one with just fermented, dried fruits inside! I really like this idea! I was looking for something very personal and practical--a pair of open-ended slippers, not larger than my shoe size, that I could easily slide on and off. I searched several stores, including the Sunnyvale Mall, but couldn't find what I wanted. Then on Friday, I went to the Cupertino Ross, and Shiva personally helped me locate exactly what I was looking for. Her guidance made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I absolutely love my slippers--they keep me warm, and the personal attention she gave made all the difference. I'm writing this review specifically for the store manager and regional management of the Cupertino Ross. There is a woman working at this location (I believe her name is Shiva) who represents exactly how customer service should be done. She shows judgment, empathy, and real situational intelligence--qualities that cannot be easily trained. To give context, I live in Sunnyvale, and there is a Ross much closer to me. While the Sunnyvale store is convenient and competent, the interactions there feel transactional and impersonal at times. They know me, but it's routine--they follow the rules strictly. In contrast, at the Cupertino store, Shiva goes above and beyond. She knows me as a customer, she trusts me, and she makes me feel valued and recognized. For example, I didn't even have to show my driver's license one day, and she immediately trusted me, then gave me a generous 40% discount because of our prior interactions. That kind of care and recognition makes the shopping experience personal, human, and memorable. Her high emotional intelligence, situational judgment, and genuine kindness make me want to travel three times the distance just to shop there. That is not just loyalty--it is earned through excellence in service. If Ross wants to maintain long-term customers and generate goodwill, Shiva deserves recognition and a meaningfully HUHE raise. Employees like her don't just help a single transaction--they create repeat business and a lasting positive impression. In short: Exceptional Customer Experiences like this are rare these days, and they define your store and set it apart from other Ross stores or competing discount chains like TJ Maxx or Marshalls.. Shiva's combination of kindness, judgment, and personal attention makes the Cupertino Ross stand out far beyond convenience or proximity. Management should take note. Right now, this store has an overall rating of two out of five stars, which I believe is unfair. People simply haven't met a store employee like Shiva yet. If you have any questions or need help, go to Shiva--she will provide excellent guidance and make your experience smooth and enjoyable. Store owner, you should be truly thankful to have an employee like her. Because of her, I'm giving a full five-star rating, and I hope others recognize the value she brings to your store. By the way, absolutely LOVE my open back end slippers to keep my toes warm in this unusually wet & cold winter in Northern California.

The store manager first claimed that all employees will ask if the senior wants the senior discount or not. When the senior person said the employee did not ask her that's why she's back to get her discount. Then the store manager turned around and changed her statement and said No, she as a senior person should remember to ask the cashier to give her the senior discount. It's not the cashier's job to give her the discount. Then the senior person carrying her 3 bags of purchases asked if she could return everything and buy back with the discount. Then the store manager again raised her voice and said with the most annoyed look "No! You can't do that!" And continued to say the purchase's a done deal and she won't get her senior discount. The 2 other younger cashiers, a male Indian cashier on the left and a younger Spanish gal on the right stood there in sort of a disbelief look and then just quietly looked away. The senior lady left I guess angrily but without saying another word while the store manager continued mumbling something. This is just plain stupid! How much is a 10% discount worth? Is this how a store should be run and how a store manager should act and treat its customers???? This store in several occasions had shown terrible customer service as I had also seen this same black store manager chose to greet an ex-employee at the store and spent 10+ minutes chatting and catching up with the person while there was only one cashier and the line has over 6-8 customers waiting and looking at her. A work performance review and feedback from the coworkers and customers would be prudent.
