While waiting in the one line that was open, I was blown away by the lack of customer service from the cashier (white male, unkempt looking, tie dye target hoodie). The customer in front of me had two clothing items without tags. The cashier looked up the items on his scanner and sloppily tossed them into the bag (I would've been pissed it they were my clothes). Right before the customer stuck her card in the reader, the cashier told her the clothes without tags couldn't be returned. She obviously felt pressured to make a decision and offered to go find the same items with tags intact. The cashier canceled the sale and dumped the clothes back into her cart. No offer to print a tag, call for assistance, send her to guest services...nothing. I got to the register and my experience wasn't much better. I asked why the advertised Target Circle discount didn't apply to my purchase. He said, "no clue" with zero effort to assist. I ended up going to guest services and they scanned all of my items and said nothing in my cart was eligible for the target circle discount. That's fine. Got home and did a little research and literally the $200 lamp I purchased was $120 with the target circle discount. I went back to the store today and the error was corrected without hesitation. I stopped going to target when they went woke, but started popping in here and there. The lack of cashiers, crappy customer service and pain in the butt pricing errors just isn't worth it. The carts are nice though! Oh, and the Threshold lamp I bought was defective in color, making all of this hassle even more frustrating!

Near the end of one shift, I was asked to meet with a team leader (Goes by the name greg tall lanky white guy) about concerns regarding the length of one of my breaks. I explained that I disagreed with the concern and left the meeting feeling uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. After that, communication felt distant, and I never received any follow-up about the issue. After I resigned, the police were called while I was at the store, which was confusing and upsetting to me. It was the same greg guy who called and told police officers I made people feel uncomfortable. The police told me I wasnt trespassed or in trouble but that I should be happy I quit. I'm sure the greg guy wanted to seem he fired me or something. (I never got arrested and he never got arrested for making a false call for 911) If it was me being black and making that false call I wouldve been in handcuffs. Overall, I didn't feel supported or treated fairly during my time working here. I'm sharing my experience so others know what mine was like, though I hope other employees have a better experience than I did.

There's usually one person working and a long line held up by one person with an outrageous amount of returns all on different cards, receipts, etc. It's not Kohls fault, but Amazon QR code returns are meant to be efficient and every time I try this location it's so painful. I will be going elsewhere to make Amazon returns and recommend you do the same if coming for the same reason.

I've been disappointed in the fashion selection lately, and prices seem to be only slightly discounted compared to department stores. Service was just fine. The store looked tidy. I do feel like some of the areas were a bit tight like the handbags, cosmetics side but when the store isn't too busy it's fine. I also believe this store used to be in the area just moved locations. They had a lot of cute home decor items. Prices are generally fair and the quality of products is decent. You never really know what you will find when you shop here. They even some clearance areas which is nice. The only staff I really encountered were the cashiers working in the front.

I have never in my life shoplifted. I was raised to always do the right thing, even when no one is watching. My wife, kids, and I were having a great day. We went to the park, walked around the neighborhood, and decided to stop by Walmart to pick up some groceries. We also brought two five-gallon water bottles to refill, which we always do when we shop at this store. We went through self-checkout, paid for everything, and got our receipt. I handed the receipt to the lady at the door wearing a yellow vest. She looked at it, checked our cart, and said we were good to go. But right when we were about to leave, some random man who wasn't even wearing a Walmart vest or anything showing he worked there stopped my family and me to "check" if we scanned our two water bottles. It was so disrespectful and humiliating. Why would I not scan two five-gallon bottles that I brought into the store for my family to use? What is the point of having someone check receipts at the door if another person is just going to stop us again in front of everyone? People were staring at us like we had stolen something, and it made us feel awful. And the worst part was that when he saw we had paid for everything, he didn't even say sorry. He just walked away like nothing happened. That really made me angry and disappointed. After this, I don't feel the same about this store anymore. If something like this ever happens again, I will go straight to customer service and ask for my money back, whether it's for food or anything else. No one deserves to be treated that way.

They have so many items and nothing was missing. It's not your Macy's or upper class store, but the prices here are unbeatable. Even Costco may not be able to compete with the prices. Walmarts quality has been good to me and to my family and they last years. Plenty of parking and the food department is really big. Well its place. The eyes are not cramped and jammed with new items and this place. Customers and employees in this place look like normal peaceful crowd. When Herbergers left and Von Maur…read morestores started popping up I kind of refused to shop here because I felt like it would give me the same vibes as Herbergers... and it does minus the sales that Herbergers had. For sure feel like it's catered to the older crowd. We parked at Von Maur to cut through to the mall. A few things did catch my eye while passing so we ended up looking around a bit. I did find an item to purchase and walked a bit to find a pay station. When I walked up a customer and the cashier were deep into conversation about vacation and even with me waiting they carried on for 5 or so minutes after the fact. I ended up sitting in the chairs nearby to wait. I can say when they finally wrapped their conversation the cashier wasn't as friendly which made me think maybe I shouldn't purchase from them. There was no "thank you for your patience or waiting", "did you find everything okay" or anything. Overall the store is pretty neat and organized. Not a ton of staff around but also never seen a lot of people shopping either. Items seem to be good quality.

I didn't want to pay $10 shipping and saw we had a store about 15 miles from home. I placed an online order to pick up in store and I was amazed how amazing this store was. It's like a Marshalls/TJ max but way more stocked and larger. I love TJ Max and marshalls but it is slim pickings. I spent $140 when I just planned to pick up my online order lol. I came home and told my husband I have a new favorite store.
