    asado taco and ube horchata
    Olivia L.

I went on weekday evenings and there wasnt any line. The owner was amazing and he offered so many samples until I lost count. They didnt have the pork jowl taco any longer , but I got myself the "filipino-carnitas" taco, chicken adobo taco, and ube horchata. chicken taco was decent, but the carnitas taco was hella spicy! ube horchata was very refreshing especially on this summer weather. Will come back again next time for trying the fried rice PS: parking and seating might be limited

Wow, wow wow! What a wonderful food truck! Tito is the cook and he's a professionally trained chef who is bringing his own Filipino heritage to his cooking. Amazing Adobo, special fusion taco's and don't miss the desert, Turoñuelos. Did I mention that he is very approachable and always has special stuff if you ask. Don't miss this gem!

    Fresh lumpia!! Freaking steal!

YUM!! Tito's food was so good! We got the Pork Adobo Fried Rice and the Shanghai Lumpia. I loved that it was a perfect balance of traditional Filipino dishes with a modern update to it...not food that your old school granny would make but food made by your really cool aunt or uncle that knows how to throw down. The dishes tasted like something familiar yet something really fun and new. I'm always picky of other Filipinos cooking, well, because I've been spoiled by my parents who are great cooks but Tito Adobo really nailed it! Lastly, the owner was incredibly sweet. I know we were eating outside on a picnic table, but he made it feel like we were dining in his home :) #FilipinoHospitality Can't wait to go back!

Tito Adobo is phenomenal I am half Filipina and this hit the spot in such a new and fun way. I live in Dallas but I was in Austin for the weekend and HAD to stop by. Let's start with the FRESH chicharrones. Oh my goodness. My dad would DIE over these. So fresh and dipped into the spicy vinegar they are... perfection. The lumpia shanghai tasted like the lumpia I grew up eating from my Lola and Titas (high praise) and are absolutely be a crowd-pleaser. Crispy and tasty. Then for drinks we got the UBE horchata. Are. You. Kidding. Me. this is both amazingly delicious and VERY instagrammable. Add in the Philippine-imported cold brew and if I lived in Austin I would stop by EVERY morning. For main dishes we had the special of the week and adobo fried rice with chicken. I can't, for the life of me, remember the name of the dish that was the special, but it was a stew-ish dish with the MOST tender beef ever. Oh my goodness. Drool. So good. The adobo fried rice was dangerous because I scarfed it down in .5 seconds. Again, if I lived here, I would probably eat here all the time. Tender chunks of chicken perfectly flavored and marinated like proper adobo should be. Oh and it had a slaw with it that was a super delicious compliment to the rice! I had friends try all of the tacos and they loved them, so that's why I went for the other dishes. On top of this all, Elvin is one of the nicest humans and he has a GREAT team with him. They spent time talking to us and helping us figure out exactly what we were in the mood for. They have come up with a fresh twist on some classic Filipino foods, and I'm so so so happy this place exists. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to dip into the world of Filipino food, anyone familiar with and looking for some Filipino comfort food, and anyone who likes good food in general.

This is the flavor that I grew up with. Chef Elvin Lubrin's adobo fried rice is simple but amazing. For the first timer, definitely get the adobo fried rice with some ube horchata. I was lucky to go on a day when he had lechon kawali which is one of my favorite dishes. Tito Adobo will be on my regular rotation every time I come to Austin!

Awesome find in South Austin! I Yelped this place and I'm so glad I tried it out. They have a great Filipino-Mexican fusion of food. I ordered the pork adobo fried rice with a fried egg to top it off. Super yummy! To wash it down, I tried the ube horchata...too good. Glad to find this Filipino food truck in Austin. Go try it out!

The food at Tito Adobo is deliciously athletic! You can taste the love that chef Elvin puts into the meals. The specials are amazing- try to catch them before they sell out! The staples on the menu are not to be missed either! The icing on the cake is the friendly service with a smile!

Why cant I order on favor 😭?

I think its because we moved and I havent updated the address with them. Totally my fault. So sorry. I will contact them.

Does your chicharon have that little bit of meat with it or is it just the skin?

Our chicharon is made of chicken skin with no meat attached. We also have a dish called Lechon Kawali that is made of pork that has crunchy skin and meat attached. We serve our Lechon Kawali special every Friday.

Hi! Do you also sell Palabok?

It is not on our regular menu but we can do it as a a special!

    What are your hours?

Our current hours are Tuesday-Friday 11a-2p and Friday and Saturday 5-9p.

Do they also serve PORK SISIG with Rice?

Yes. Typically, we sell our sisig as a taco but we also sell it as sisig fried rice. ?

And we keep on coming back. It is fun, delicious and the ambiance inside the house and the gardens is optimized for enjoyment! Supper Friends offers a themed meal (usually dinners, sometimes brunch). It is normally a 5 course prefix menu that is carefully thought out. I'm particularly fond of their passed appetizers - they usually have 3 different types of delicious bites - that you can nibble on as you wait for guests to arrive and dinner to get served. There's an option to pair your meal with wines. The staff there is amazing from the wait staff, the sommelier, the chef, owner (including his family) - all very attentive and friendly!
