Ordered through DoorDash so I can't speak on the customer service but let me tell you!!! The food was absolutely delicious!!! I haven't had Salvadoran food since I moved to Louisiana after the rebuild and my coworker use to make the best Salvadoran tamales ( sooooo different) these were exactly the same but were nonetheless delicious minus the one chuck of chicken in my tamale lol I let it slide because it was so good. The Traditional came with your choice of 2 pupusas and one tamale (I had the garlic and cheese and the chicken and cheese other the chicken tamale) I didn't like the fried pork at all it was mostly dried meat when I was looking for the fatty pork SKIN not pork jerky (won't be getting that again) but everything else was delicious.

This place is good but the fact they only give you enough cabbage to add to your one of Popusas food is just crazy. That makes no sense.

I came to try out the Popusas but the fact they only give you enough cabbage for one Popusas is crazy! Please do better! Friendly service I'll give them that.

They also have a new location which is very convenient.

Food is delicious, very fast service, however if you don't plan on dining in, I suggest you order ahead as they tend to get busy on the weekends. Cute outdoor seating, very chill atmosphere.my go to are fried fish, yucca and plantain. My favorite lately.

I've been attempting to try the pupusas here for awhile but they were always closed even though the sign on their food truck says open daily. Oh well, third time is the charm! They serve other dishes here like plantains and tamales but of course I ordered their pupusas. They're around 5" in diameter so I ordered 3: pork, squash and spinach. I think my favorite is the squash. I love how the pupusas themselves are fluffy and they don't skimp out on the filling. Hands down these are one of the best pupusas I've ever had. I also love the pickled veggies that come on the side. Couldn't get enough of it! I already can't wait to go back for more!

This truck is in a food truck park that I've passed by often but never tried. This place will draw you in by its crowds and a large menu with a lot of authentic options at a good price. I ordered the Carne Asada which took about 15 minutes to come out. The steak itself was only okay; it was pretty tough and a bit salty. But the beans, rice, and corn tortillas were delicious, and the charred jalapeno was super spicy. Definitely also interested in their whole fish platter if I'm back.

I'm going back to try EVERYTHING. The prices 10/10- they have whole fried fish platters for $14.99, which is crazy to me because I'm use to paying upwards of $50-80. It's definitely on my list to try next time. I got pupusas and empanadas this time and everything was delicious. The menu lists plantain empanadas but you can ask for chicken empanadas. Pupusa cheese pull was insaneeeeee, it was sooooo good!!! My friends and I did a food tour of this food truck park and nothing we tried disappointed. There can be a bit of a language barrier, luckily my friend speaks Spanish. Even though it was hard to communicate the staff was super friendly and accommodating, will be a regular here

The location on Dessau refuse to serve me. I requested a pupusa taco and they denied They were extremely rude to me, but the other customers got good service. They seemed a little racist too. the place was dirty, it's gone downhill.

The service was great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Prices were great as well. There was ample cheese. I just wish there would be more flavors. Pupusas seem bland tasting to me... The slaw is also not acidic enough for my liking. But I highly recommend the loroca pupusa. Such an interesting flavor.

Great latin food. I'm not from El Salvador, but I always enjoy good food from mi gente. This is the same food truck that was in North Lamar for years. I'm glad we are getting more choices in Pflugerville. I have tried the pollo con tajadas which translated means chicken with plantains, the pollo frito, and the chicharrón con yuca frita. All of those plates are delicious. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

She is in the blue faced her back towards us because I did let her know I was posting her.

The customer service is horrible!! I wanted to try it for the 1st time and now this will be my last sad to say. I ordered my food and from the get go the lady who took my order was rude to me. I was the only woman who ordered and there was nothing but men ordering and she treated them awesome I'm assuming she is a sexist woman or racist it's either one or the other. I did let her know she should treat all equal and she had a nasty response. I hope this gets to the owner so he can train her to treat all equal.

Met up with friends and one of them loved the authentic vibes. When we're the only non-Hispanic people in a relatively full restaurant it's a good sign! Usually "authentic" when on the cheaper side means that it's cheaper quality but full of flavor, as people with lower incomes know how to make great tasting food that's filling for a lower cost - hence how ox tail and po'boys got created and has becomes staples. I can definitely attest it's authentic, however the taste and food quality is a tad lacking. Carne Asada - my friend said... I'm still chewing it when I asked how it was. Definitely low quality piece of beef, however not made any better by the flavor or the way it was cooked. Fried Fish - definitely the star! Slightly overcooked, but still juicy and tender, the fish had an excellent flavor. Warning it can be a lot of work to avoid the bones! (one friend had a tough time, while the other had it eaten in just a few minutes) Papusas - Mediocre. Good enough to fill the craving, however not the best showcase for the famous El Salvadoran dish. Good amount of filling and with ok taste. It could use more salt and be cooked a little crisper on the outside. Make sure to ask for the cabbage topping in case they don't bring it out - it was nice to see that the container for the cabbage had a prep date. Chicharron - Overall a little overcooked, but I feel like this is typically the case every time I've ever had it at any restauraunt. Chewy and overall good flavor. Tortillas - Thick!! And homemade! Yucca - I wish now I had known they had fried yucca, as it's harder to find than one would think in Austin. Make sure to ask for this fried treat, as it's 10x better than French fries!

We started with the chips and queso, and it was some of the creamiest, most delicious queso I've ever had. It was the perfect way to kick off the meal. We also ordered the Spicy Pineapple frozen drink, which was refreshing with just the right amount of spice. As a fun bonus, it was served in an adorable pineapple shaped glass that made the experience even more memorable. For our meal, we ordered three quesadillas and a taco. Everything came out quickly, was incredibly flavorful, and left us completely satisfied. One of my favorite details was that all of the tortillas were made with blue corn, which added a unique touch and great flavor to every bite. Between the lively atmosphere, excellent food, fun drinks, and fast service, this is definitely a must-visit spot when you're in Austin

In my case, a 20% gratuity had already been included, and an extra tip was added on top of it. I have no issue tipping for great service, but I do think restaurants should make it much clearer when gratuity has already been included so customers can make an informed decision. It was pretty packed inside so a server had us wait outside on the porch until a table opened up. Soon after, we were seated and looked through the menu. We decided on two pupusas with a tamale to share. We got one revuelta and one chicharron & queso pupusa. The revuelta was hands down our favorite - the meat was so tender and it was amazingly flavorful. The chicharron & queso was good too but we would probably just get 2 revuelta orders next time. I was not too impressed by the tamale and next time would probably just order a third revuelta instead! Our server was kind and attentive throughout the meal. We mostly spoke in Spanish so would just be aware of that if you visit - would help to be able to place your order in Spanish! The room was moderately sized and good for either bigger or smaller groups. They had some really cute Salvadoran decor. I would certainly come back here when I'm next in Austin!

I couldn't not try all three, and they were each delicious in their own way. The curtido and salsa were the perfect accompaniment to cut the cheesiness of each pupusa, and to top it all off, they had passion fruit agua! I can't forget the chips and salsa... normally, I don't have any reason to write about either, but the chips were fresh and the salsa was really unique, chunky, mildly spicy, and extremely flavorful. I had to add some on top of my pupusas as well! The service was fantastic - the food and drink came out in a very timely manner, and the server was super friendly, making sure that everything was delicious. The interior was very comfortable with booths, tables, and high tops. I really enjoyed Delmy's, and as it was my last stop before leaving Austin, I arrived home in Florida still full and with good memories of a final meal!
