Title 9 just opened in Pittsburgh, and it's incredible! It's the city's first sports bar dedicated to showcasing women's sports--finally giving incredible athletes the viewership they've long deserved. I absolutely love the name, a nod to Title IX, the federal law that ensures equal opportunities in sports for women in educational institutions that receive federal funding. The concept is brilliant: enjoy great food and drinks while watching live women's sporting events in a vibrant, supportive space. The vibe is empowering and inclusive. I checked out their menu and was impressed--tons of drink options, including wine from women-owned companies. I started with their homemade salsa, then went for chicken wings and the wild mushroom flatbread for my main course--both totally hit the spot. I had to finish with their Nancy B's chocolate chip & peanut butter ice cream cookie sundae, and WOW... what a dessert! Title 9 is a must-visit. Great food, thoughtful drinks, and an even better mission. Pittsburgh finally has a home for women's sports fans!

Bar atmosphere - A busy sports bar filled with patrons watching a soccer match on large wall-mounted TVs, with a bar counter and beverage shelves visible.

This place is exactly what we are looking for!! We went for the college women's championship basketball game and had a blast. It was a bit crowded but that's expected for the first year. They had seating and bar service which is great and really creates a fun atmosphere! The food is AMAZING. We had tofu bites, flatbreads, burgers, veggie burgers and dip. It's nice that there is a place that has something for everyone.

I haven't been here in years but the food was just as good as I remember and the service was great…read more I was first sat by the window in the main bar and it was so loud that I could barely hear we asked to move and they moved us quickly to the back bar area, which was nice and they checked to see if it was OK we said yes, but they still offered us the very back room that seemed like it was for private parties and that's where we ended up moving to. They turned the volume of the music lower and even adjusted the heat as it was just the two of us back there the waitress was still very attentive and helpful although she could have easily forgot about us. I was sold on the chai apple martini, even though I was hesitant because it felt more like a Christmas drink and it was February, but it was delicious and I got another one. I ordered the pork chop medium well the sauce was delicious. However, the pork chop was dry. I still ate the whole thing because the sauce and everything accompanying it was amazing. My friend ordered the pesto pasta, which I tried. I really enjoyed it too, especially the Barrata. his steak was also ordered medium well and was drier than my pork chop. I couldn't eat it, but luckily it was not my meal. He did didn't seem to mind too much. The vibes were high all night, even though we were in the back partly because of the waitress, but mostly because of what seemed to be almost a Rihanna only playlist lol

Their beers are excellent; I am an IPA guy and they always have two beers on special. Last time I got a decent IPA, 20 oz worth, for $5 because it was a special. My wife and I split the chicken sandwich and they divided the sandwich and fries on to two plates without asking. Their fries are really good; their fries are fresh cut and perfect. The environment is quiet and not rushed. Service is very good. I can say that we will be regulars here; close location and nothing to tell me to go elsewhere.

've been coming to this bar ever since I moved to Pittsburgh, and I've never experienced anything…read morelike what happened last Friday (January 30th, 2026). My friend and I come here every Friday for happy hour. Over the past few weeks, we noticed that our tabs didn't seem to match what we were actually drinking, so this time I decided to ask for our receipts. That's when we saw we were both charged for shots of Espolón tequila--something neither of us ordered. I was drinking margaritas and always ask for well tequila in mixed drinks. This makes me wonder how many times we've been charged for drinks we never had. Completely unacceptable. When we brought this up, we were told to speak with the manager to correct the tab. He was extremely rude and immediately accused us of ordering the shots, even though he wasn't present. He was more focused on watching RuPaul than helping. He then claimed my card had been declined weeks earlier, which forced me to call my bank and dispute a double charge. Thanks for the extra hassle. You come here expecting a good time and leave not wanting to return. Management clearly needs to address issues with staff to prevent this from continuing. That so-called manager has no business working in customer service. I've only seen him on Fridays and Saturdays--about 5'10", skinny, wearing sweats and a gray Carhartt beanie. He's always rude, but this encounter was beyond the limit. This happened around 9-10pm in the middle bar. If you decide to come here, be careful and always ask for your receipt--otherwise, you may end up overcharged.
