Craig and Becky could have been judgmental of my novice status, but instead, not only welcomed me and treated me with respect and dignity, but really helped me get what I wanted. Craig guided me to buy a .22 rifle as a starter rifle, to get used to shooting comfortably. Then, when I wanted the Ruger Walnut stock on a rifle that came originally with a composite stock, he and Becky started a month-long journey of finding the stock, realizing the trigger guard was attached to original stock, ordering that, finding out internal pieces didn't fit and grinding the inside of the stock down to fit them, finding the trigger guard well was shaped differently and chiseling that out, finding the screws were too short and getting new ones that fit. It was nothing short of amazing. With this first gun, I wanted something special, and for me that was the Walnut stock - I got even more than that - a beautiful custom rifle which I am so happy with! Now, I'll be taking a rifle course with one of them to help me start my journey! I have rarely received such wonderful customer service nor met such great people. The staff is very kind and helpful with navigating the process. They have a larger selection of hunting, fishing, camping, outdoor equipment for sale. They also have a cute selection of clothes and boots for the whole family, infants to adults. They carry a lot of major brands and their own brand which seems like the best value. The store is huge, but I've been told the Cabela's in Memphis is 10 times the size with the boats in a pond in the store with restaurants and a hotel on the top story. The service was outstanding. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. For the stock, variety and price, I'd make the drive. I was in so much awe that I didn't take many pictures. I'll add when I visit again.

That said the selection is absolutely fantastic and the pricing seems to be pretty much in line with SRP for anything that does not have fancy work done to it. Speaking of fancy, if you want to see all of their amazing abilities to coat and cut and customize then this is the sort of place to be. I ended up going with a new nine that I'm super excited about and background came back super fast. If you're smart while you wait, you can go next-door to the deli and get an awesome sandwich too, but you're allowed to eat in the store while you wait. Overall, a satisfactory experience and I think this will be my new home shop.

So far I only have two of their products…read more The first item I purchased was their IWI X95 ejection port cover which was easy and simple to install. The next product was a big step up in seeing how great a company this is and that item was the Midwest Industries Rifle Length M-LOK Handguard which completely changes the handling, function and look of the IWI Galil Ace by a significant order of magnitude. I received my handguard during the Christmas holidays and was immediately impressed by the quality of the unit and immediately went to work following the YouTube instructions to attach the handguard. All the steps were easy and everything was going great with no problems right up to the final step of the final tiny little screw that should have been a breeze... unfortunately I experienced a small issue with the final bottom screw refusing to rotate in as the handguard seemed to not have any threading for the screw to lock into so I contacted support not expecting to hear anything as it was in the evening during the holidays BUT I soon got a response from Troy who gave some suggestions that might help but ultimately nothing worked and Troy remained fantastically helpful and promised to send me a new handguard ASAP after the holidays. Troy was a man of his word and followed up with quickly getting the replacement handguard shipped out to me and the new one assembled very easily with no issues. Troy was awesome in this whole process! Fantastic product and outstanding customer support!!!
