I purchased my first loading press from Titan back in 2013 during the great ammo shortage and really enjoyed making my own bullets since. In terms of pricing, Titan has the best I have seen anywhere for anything related to Lee Loading. Fast forward 3 years as I am getting ready to buy another press for rifle rounds (first setup was a progressive for handgun) and I called Titan. I had a lot of questions and needed some good interactive guidance on what would be my best route. I spent almost an hour and a half on the phone with one of the sons (yes, family owned business too!) and he answered every question I had PLUS gave me pro's and cons of what I was trying to do! I don't think I have ever seen customer service this good in a long, long, long time! I am very new to reloading, and as with any new hobby, I go overboard with questions, concerns and trying to work out all of the kinks before I even had any. Michael, and the staff have been very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable on all aspects of equipment, process and so on. Due to "Pandemic Purchasing", I had to back order most of the equipment I purchased. They called immediately when it came in, and again, when I came in, they put up with my questions. I have visited Titan Reloading a few times and have found their staff friendly and knowledgeable. One time I purchased a Lee drum power measure which broke after only 100 loads and on returning it, was told that it should not have happened and they promptly replaced it. I find their prices quite reasonable - on the low end of the scale actually. You might find some items a little cheaper on-line - like Midsouth shooters but then you pay for shipping which ends up being the same price as Titan's. I purchased an 8Lb keg of H110 recently and saved almost $60 from what I would have paid at Cabela's. read more

I needed a LEE 3-die set for my antique .577/450 Martini-Henry rifle. Looked on all the usual reloading supply websites and they were either out-of-stock or way overpriced. Found TITAN RELOADING on a Google search for these dies. Their website said they had 10 sets in stock, AND their price was lower the everyone else. Placed my order late in the afternoon on Friday (12/18), and honestly didn't expect to see the package until after the Christmas mail rush was over. Woke up Monday (12/21) morning, went out to check my mailbox, and there was my package from TITAN RELOADING. Unbelievable! Now that is awesome service in my book!!! I've been using LEE reloading dies and priming equipment for the past 35 years and never ever had any problems with their products and saved a ton of $$$ versus spending a fortune buying some other well-known brands for a lot more money.
