First - the Cons…read more Hours are less than desirable. 8 to 6 Monday to Friday, no Saturday. Hard to get to when you work the exact same hours over an hour away. Some of us work for a living. Communication can be lacking. Updates on items / processes are hard to come by. Pros - Had a Streamlight go bad within a few months of purchasing it. Did not buy it at Streichers, but Streamlight website said to send to an authorized repair center, which is Streichers in Butler, WI. It was the closest to me, I thought that is the best to do. Sent the flashlight VIA UPS. No confirmation they received it or what they were going to do. However, I got a voicemail a few weeks later that the flashlight was ready for pick up at their store. I called and left a message saying it's hard for me to get to the store by 6pm, and to let me know about shipping as I had no problem paying for shipping cost. No call back, however - did receive a brand new flashlight in a nicely packed box the next week. NO charge for shipping. I was very pleased at the end result, for both Streicher's and Steamlight (great warranty). Just wished they would communicate a bit better. Overall a solid 4 stars and definitely pleased at the result.

They admitted to profiling me after requested information on a Micro Draco. They lied and said said they don't offer the gun, but they do. They then admitted that they profiled me on being a woman as most women "buy this for their men". (Straw purchase mentioned below) I should note that I did use my phone while inside to talk to my husband regarding their stock- they did ask me to not use my phone inside. I shut off my phone and left. The manager was sure to note that it was rude for my one star review I made a decision about their store while only being in there for five minutes, but he himself profiled me in even less time than that and decided I was a dangerous customer. The adult man said I wouldn't let him speak, which I didn't because he continued to misquote the words I said during the connection I had while inside the store yesterday. He then hung up on me. Their response to both my and my husbands reviews was that we were criminals and were looking trying to make a straw purchase. Women beware. Almost two decades in this industry and I've never met such children. Which is definitely saying something. Do not spend your money here.

I asked the gentleman if I could purchase said parts, and he grunted, pointed at their own bagged parts kits, and said, "there" I told him nicely I didn't need anything in there except for the detents/springs and bolt catch. He responded with "you want those, buy a parts kit" Why the hell should I spend $68 bucks for 5 dollars of parts??!!?? Along with this guys attitude, and obvious attempts at highway robbery...I will never return, nor will I ever recommend this absolute craphole of a business. They aren't likely to last long. Prices are very reasonable and competitive as well. Even better, they do their own in-house gunsmithing (extremely high quality) and can make whatever you have better. It's nice to be able to talk to the person who will do the work, know that they understand your needs and expectations, and then returns your gun exactly as you wanted it. Very nice! I would absolutely recommend Wisconsin Tactical without hesitation. I've purchased quite a bit from them over the past two years, had them do work on a couple of different guns, and even took a armorer course from them. Very impressive.

The gas prices as well as store prices are competitive, and you can probably grab a bag of free popcorn while there as well.
