They couldn't go crazy on my trade-ins, but that's fine because they weren't all exactly the sort of thing that the shop specializes in. That said the selection is absolutely fantastic and the pricing seems to be pretty much in line with SRP for anything that does not have fancy work done to it. Speaking of fancy, if you want to see all of their amazing abilities to coat and cut and customize then this is the sort of place to be. I ended up going with a new nine that I'm super excited about and background came back super fast. If you're smart while you wait, you can go next-door to the deli and get an awesome sandwich too, but you're allowed to eat in the store while you wait. Overall, a satisfactory experience and I think this will be my new home shop.

Last week I called yet again, and they said they would be emailing me a digital card replacement. Again, I didn't receive it. When I called yet again, I was told a new physical card was being sent to me. As of now, it has not been sent out. At no time when I have called, was the option available to just get my money back. Again, DO NOT purchase a gift card online. The hassle is not worth it.

The staff is very kind and helpful with navigating the process. They have a larger selection of hunting, fishing, camping, outdoor equipment for sale. They also have a cute selection of clothes and boots for the whole family, infants to adults. They carry a lot of major brands and their own brand which seems like the best value. I'd definitely return and check out the taxidermy installations they have around the store. Parents--this would be a great rainy/cold day activity for the young ones!

Cabela's specializes in hunting, fishing, boating, and camping merchandise that has been a subsidiary of Bass Pro Shops. So if you are in the need for something in this area, Cabela's has it. I did a quick internet search of the product I was looking for and Cabela's had the best price. The store is huge, but I've been told the Cabela's in Memphis is 10 times the size with the boats in a pond in the store with restaurants and a hotel on the top story. The service was outstanding. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. For the stock, variety and price, I'd make the drive. I was in so much awe that I didn't take many pictures. I'll add when I visit again.

It was clearly a manufacturing defect but Dick's did NOTHING to rectify the situation. Dick 's apparently does NOT stand behind Hoka's warranty and uninterested of the inferior quality of Hoka shoes. I will never purchase my future running shoes from Dick's or perhaps anything if that is how they make customers happy.

First - the Cons…read more Hours are less than desirable. 8 to 6 Monday to Friday, no Saturday. Hard to get to when you work the exact same hours over an hour away. Some of us work for a living. Communication can be lacking. Updates on items / processes are hard to come by. Pros - Had a Streamlight go bad within a few months of purchasing it. Did not buy it at Streichers, but Streamlight website said to send to an authorized repair center, which is Streichers in Butler, WI. It was the closest to me, I thought that is the best to do. Sent the flashlight VIA UPS. No confirmation they received it or what they were going to do. However, I got a voicemail a few weeks later that the flashlight was ready for pick up at their store. I called and left a message saying it's hard for me to get to the store by 6pm, and to let me know about shipping as I had no problem paying for shipping cost. No call back, however - did receive a brand new flashlight in a nicely packed box the next week. NO charge for shipping. I was very pleased at the end result, for both Streicher's and Steamlight (great warranty). Just wished they would communicate a bit better. Overall a solid 4 stars and definitely pleased at the result.
