They couldn't go crazy on my trade-ins, but that's fine because they weren't all exactly the sort of thing that the shop specializes in. That said the selection is absolutely fantastic and the pricing seems to be pretty much in line with SRP for anything that does not have fancy work done to it. Speaking of fancy, if you want to see all of their amazing abilities to coat and cut and customize then this is the sort of place to be. I ended up going with a new nine that I'm super excited about and background came back super fast. If you're smart while you wait, you can go next-door to the deli and get an awesome sandwich too, but you're allowed to eat in the store while you wait. Overall, a satisfactory experience and I think this will be my new home shop.

I have been trying to get over here for a while and today I finally did, I go to the other place…read morebut I look at both weekly adds with the intention of checking them out. I'm just going to comment on the store and not the Automotive repair aspect of the business, that's a whole can of worms for that part of the industry because perception and miss understanding between both sides have been around as long as people have had automobiles and needed them fixed. The store it self is way bigger than it looks and is similar to Walmart with more meat and potatoes items that people want all across the board, not every stupid little thing. It reminds me of department stores from an earlier time which have all but disappeared, my mom dragged me to them as a child as their time was ending and they left the landscape. I wandered the store looking at everything and picking up items, some from the flyer and some things I needed which could be similar to a Walmart but I noticed something, this has a small town community feel vs the big commercial store experience. It seemed like a family outing thing to do and not just a retail experience by observing the people shopping today. There was generally some good prices on the items which explains the popularity of the place and just a nice shopping experience vs a Walmart, the kids were better behaved. Since there is so little pictures of the place I'm going to show you the place with pictures and just say it's one stop shop.

Last week I called yet again, and they said they would be emailing me a digital card replacement. Again, I didn't receive it. Cabela's specializes in hunting, fishing, boating, and camping merchandise that has been a subsidiary of Bass Pro Shops. So if you are in the need for something in this area, Cabela's has it. I did a quick internet search of the product I was looking for and Cabela's had the best price. The store is huge, but I've been told the Cabela's in Memphis is 10 times the size with the boats in a pond in the store with restaurants and a hotel on the top story. The service was outstanding. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. For the stock, variety and price, I'd make the drive. I was in so much awe that I didn't take many pictures. I'll add when I visit again.

Communication can be lacking. Updates on items / processes are hard to come by. Pros - Had a Streamlight go bad within a few months of purchasing it. Did not buy it at Streichers, but Streamlight website said to send to an authorized repair center, which is Streichers in Butler, WI. It was the closest to me, I thought that is the best to do. Sent the flashlight VIA UPS. No confirmation they received it or what they were going to do. However, I got a voicemail a few weeks later that the flashlight was ready for pick up at their store. I called and left a message saying it's hard for me to get to the store by 6pm, and to let me know about shipping as I had no problem paying for shipping cost. No call back, however - did receive a brand new flashlight in a nicely packed box the next week. NO charge for shipping. I was very pleased at the end result, for both Streicher's and Steamlight (great warranty). Just wished they would communicate a bit better. Overall a solid 4 stars and definitely pleased at the result.
