Both helped my daughter and me in selecting, trying on and narrowing down some of our items. Both were super personable, genuine, funny and gave honest (requested) feedback. They definitely made us feel like valued guests today. Truly appreciate their positivity and happy go lucky, helpful attitudes! You can always tell when employees love where they work and these 2 made sure customers knew they were in the service industry because they enjoy it and the brand they promote! Ivy was extremely helpful in doing some hemming requests on some pants as well. She made sure the desired length was going to be the right length when she was taking the measurements. I immediately told my party that I had to step out for a sec because I needed to make a purchase. I walked in and was graciously greeted by a gentleman wearing a red belt bag. I asked about where I could get one. He pointed me in the right direction and I was pleasantly surprised with the color options. Green was on top of mind for me and the more faded/duller green caught my eye more. It matched the color of the shirt I was wearing on that perfect Monday (post wedding celebrations). Secured this belt bag and while I was waiting in line to checkout, I saw another belt bag option that I needed. A transparent one (for concerts/shows). Immediately picked it up as well. Didn't have to wait at all to get helped out by a cashier. The whole cashier experience was a very unique one for me so far. T, my cashier, did a stellar job and kept her cool when software and hardware problems arose. My email wasn't being accepted for sending the receipt and the security tag on the transparent bag was a little more difficult to remove. It wasn't a quick checkout per say, however, I was very impressed with T's patience and calm demeanor when things hit the fan. I will return to Lulumeon for sure! Heir customer service is spot-on. Plus, they often host workout classes led by yoga instructors and personal trainers, which is fantastic. So, basically -- if you're looking for excellent yoga attire, running clothes, or simply everyday activewear, Athleta is the place to go, and their Bayshore location is where I'd recommend (although I haven't yet been to their new Wauwatosa location, I'm sure it's just as good).
