The staff here is very helpful and very friendly. I love coming back to stores where there is great customer service! Staff here answered all my annoying questions about the yoga pants. Came for a new pair of yoga pants and walked out with two because I fell in love with the new colors. Although it was a weekend, it was not overly busy and the AC was on full blast on this hot summer day. Very comfortable shopping experience. read more

Customer service at this location is incredibly rude! Skip this one and go downtown where they are nice and will actually help you. My friend had a problem with her leggings and the woman at the counter started talking smack with the other women standing in line after we walked away (told us there was nothing she could do). Called customer service and they solved the problem instantly! Avoid this location unless you like public shaming. read more

This is my second and last time at this lululemon location. The last time I was there the staff was incredibly rude and didn't seem to want to help. Anyplace can have an off day and so can sales people, lets face it retail is hard work, so I get if people sometimes are 100% on their game. So I decided to give it another try, nope. An absolute embarrassment of an employee I was faced with this weekend. She was older with glasses and blonde hair. So incredibly rude to me. Complained when I came back after purchasing a pair of joggers to get the first responder discount she openly admitted to not pressing the button for. She was disgusted when told I told her I was a nurse. She clearly hates ANY healthcare employees based on these reviews. Talked to me like I was stupid when she wasn't that bright herself. As a lover of lululemon, this is tough to write! But every time I have been to this location, the older woman with the short blond bob and glasses is so, so rude. I have been a member of sweat collective for several years and she is the only lululemon employee that has essentially told me she didn't believe I taught yoga. I had to show her my bio on my studio website, TWO WEEKS of classes, my license, and she even wanted to see my yoga alliance credentials. She even went as far to ask where I trained, when, and if I had my certificate on me. She looks me up and down every time I purchase something from there and then asks if I'm sure this size is for me. I have been going to this location since they opened, and she is cruel every time. I recently purchased a men's shirt for myself but had to return it due to a stain - I wanted to exchange, but she said it was no longer carried and I could only do store credit. When I got home, I saw the shirt was online. However, I can no longer use my sweat collective discount for that item so I will not be repurchasing. She has been so rude every time I have been in. This location is great other than this employee. I am typically not one to single out an individual, but this last visit to this location was just so frustrating. read more

This store has very friendly staff, who are always willing to help you out whether that's finding a different size, a belt bag, or whatever else you need. It's always a positive experience whenever I visit. Highly recommend! And their products are high quality, making the price well worth the amount of use you will get from these lifestyle pieces. Agree with other reviews, if you want to over pay for leggings/sweatpants and get treated like a second class citizen come here. The one in the 3rd ward is nothing like this, the staff there is friendly and helpful. The staff at this store is rude and judgy and really not at all helpful. The only reason this location stays open is because there is no other luluemon stores on the west side. Corporate should really come in and retrain staff or clean house! read more

I rarely write reviews; however, I was so uncomfortable at this lululemon location. As a frequent purchaser of lululemon, I have rarely had problems with purchases. At this location, I was unable to use my nursing discount despite proof of license and schedule. I have used my discount in the past many times just fine. The team was "unable to help me" as there system was not working. I understand system problems but how they handled the situation was incredibly rude. The female employee at the front desk was incredibly condescending in the way she communicated with me, so I decided to leave, and I am going to a new location tomorrow to hopefully get more support. read more

They give a discount to active military and first responders but forgot the veterans. I guess I didn't sacrifice enough.

I needed new leggings, etc and found Lululemon so close by. I stopped in and everything was organized, staff were over the top nice and I found the leggings I wanted quickly. Also, they have dressing rooms to try on things which I found lovely! read more

From reading others reviews they had some complaints about the people or product. I on the other hand had and saw others get great customer service while at this store. The folks were super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They talked to me about things other than shopping and never tried to up-sell me. Good company and good people! read more

I have never written a review before but felt this was necessary. Staff is incredibly rude. I am a frequent lululemon shopper and I was treated like crap by the manager working (Brittney). I would recommend shopping downtown Milwaukee instead and avoid the rude employees. Cooperate should give staff some training on how to treat customers. Will NOT return to this location. read more

I called the store to ask about a return policy and was met with a very rude and condescending "it's on the receipt" about 3 times. When your product is that expensive you honestly can't really afford to be so rude to your customers. Whoever I spoke with could benefit from some classes on how to deal with people or perhaps change to a position unloading the trucks or something. read more

Ugh. Five-ish years ago when I definitely couldn't afford to be buying Lulu clothes an obsession was born. Since then I have purchased way too much Lulu and have been relatively satisfied with most pieces. Lately I have been noticing some slight drops in quality as have many other lulu fanatics that I know, but this review is specific to this location and even with this experience I wont be able to avoid the joggers that make my butt look great(so im told) A couple days I had some time to burn before a tennis league and a gift card in my pocket that was begging me to spend too much money at Lulu. Excited to check out a new store(i usually frequent the one in the third ward) that sentiment quickly changed. I walked in and the employee near the door looked up from her phone looked me up and down then went about her business. I was wearing essentially a groutfit because it was cold and I was on my way to indoor tennis where i would be shedding those layers, but the individual must have made her decision that i did not belong. My ego subdued and i continued to browse for nearly 15 minutes and noone said a word to me!!! The employees were gossiping while shopping for themselves in between talking to the extremely well dressed mother daughter duo who were the only other two shopping other than a few in the dressing room. Call it my ego talking but im used to a level of service shopping at Lulu and this store is nowhere near it, I could go on complaining but i will leave it as I will not be returning to this store and unless you dress to the 9's while shopping for a pair of sweatpants that you not take off for two weeks i Recommend the same. I came to exchange my wunder unders because there were strings coming out of them. I was told a week ago that if there was string coming out of that they would be able to exchange it. I made a 30 minute drive to come out here to exchange them and they were rude and made it seem like I wear it everyday mind you I bought these a month ago and were in great condition. They said "these are only meant to be worn during yoga" don't tell me how and how I can't wear them. Paying over $100 dollars for a pair of leggings and they have string coming out of it less than a month later!! I went to third ward and they were very friendly and allowed me to exchange it without a fuss!! If you live in Milwaukee make sure not to go to Brookfield you're better off at the third ward location. read more

In-store I've never had a problem with friendly employees. However, on the phone is another story. I called asking if my package arrived because I didn't get an email yet, and I was excited. The lady seemed so uninvested and eager to hang up the phone, almost as if she was angry that someone called. There are a couple employees that don't scream friendly, I would say 75% do, and when they do, they are fantastic. They definitely push sales a LOT, but not like some stores where they push a sale before asking what brings one in in the first place. If you know what you want and know that they have it, no harm in going in to grab it. Just don't call ahead! read more

Lululemon has super cute, comfortable clothing. I love their leggings, with my favorite being the align pants. But it is super overpriced

I was sooooo excited to buy my first pair or lulu leggings that everyone raves about. Yes, they are expensive I heard...but yes they are worth it. When I was there a few months back, I had my pair picked out and I loved them so much. The lady in the dressing room area was so nice and helpful. I Was ready to spend the money. Walked up to the counter and the lady immediately looks at me and says "these won't do"... I said "excuse me"... she said "are you a college student?"... I said "yes... what does that have to do with anything". She continues to say "you're a college student, these won't last, these are for yoga". Insists I try on different kinds... so I did. Hated every one I tried. Horrible experience. For 1. That was completely rude 2. So what if I'm a college student?....who happens to work out regularly and do yoga 3. I was about to drop $100+ on these leggings and now you turned me off with your rudeness. The way she spoke to me was ridiculous and judgmental. I felt as if I wasn't welcomed because I was a college student!!! What?! My friend and I both were about to purchase leggings and we both put them back after our experience and walked right out. read more
