The prices are expensive. It is supposed to be high-end, but the look of certain items look like they could be priced lower due to looking just as good as discount stores. The woman that manages the downstairs dresses department seemed nice at first asking how we are. However, it seemed she had an attitude. I don't like to say she did something for sure, as we don't know if she was just tired or didn't know she was coming off that way. However, we were standing in front of the dressing room. I was deciding whether or not to try the dress on and she again asked if we need anything. We said I was going to try the dress on and she said "in there" with a rude tone. Then, my boyfriend was going to come with me and she said "just her" with another monotone voice. She didn't smile at all during talking to us, even when she asked how we are doing. I hope for people in customer service to do their service of kindness and a smile.

Oddly enough, I really liked this store, even as I recognized I'd have no place suitable for displaying any of what it carried. My decorating style isn't quite so formal. I was really struck by how well coordinated things were, the flow of the store encouraged me to keep browsing and led me from one surprise to another. The little dogs made of beads were adorable and as close as I came to thinking "maybe." The manager was as nice as could be and tried valiantly to get me to buy something, even offering suggestions for the bottled artichoke relish. And as tempting as it all was - I didn't want to pack it. So, I left empty-handed. Still, I'd stop here again simply because I can enjoy looking at things more knowing I don't have to clean it, dust it, or figure out where to put it.

Takes 7-14 days I think But I ended up just grabbing a few tops and 1 scrub bottom, I was helped from the time I walked in until I left the store. Historical Waukesha has long been limited with boutiques such as Polished Patina. Where can you go locally for boutiques like this? You would have to leave Waukesha. Places such as Harvest Home in Pewaukee is the closest, but it sure is nice to have boutiques like this here in Waukesha with inventory from local businesses and an eclectic fashion and furnishings. What I also like about Polished Patina are the craft classes. A short walk from the farmer's market or head over to Rochester Deli and shop at Polished Patina. These are the businesses that help change downtown Waukesha and we need more businesses like these.

Without spoilers I was able to get my brother some nice unique fishing gear themed items for his upcoming birthday all 30-50% off normal list price. Great selection of dog items, toys, lots of outdoor gear for dogs right now including vests. Oh course lots of good snacks! They also have Keens for $50 which is a great price and don't knock them till you try them! I love my Keens for paddle boarding, whenever I go to Sandy settings for hiking/walking type purposes since I can easily rinse away the sand. Cashier was really nice and commented on the snacks we ordered asking if we had tried the flavor before noting it was her favorite and then mentioned other good options.

They have a nice selection of clothes, that's the majority of the store. You will be able to find plenty of activewear like yoga pieces. The shoe selection was pretty good too, men's less options. There's a dog section with treats, beds, bowls, things like that. Another corner of the store has smaller sections for camping, fishing, hiking, general exercise stuff like weights. I didn't see in stock kayaks like the commercial shows. There's a small section with more natural types of body care items and snacks. The selection online is better and can be shipped to the store for free which is nice. I'd stop by again if I was in the area.
