    Rented kayaks for the day. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They even recommended an area to go for kayaking. Love this place!

When I brought it in, I was initially told I might have to go through the manufacturer for a replacement, which honestly felt like it was going to be a long and frustrating process. But to my surprise, about a week later, the store manager, Steve, personally reached out and let me know they were going to take care of it in-house. Not only did he make sure I got a working replacement pressure washer, but he also went above and beyond by refunding the gas they had to siphon from the old unit--and sent me home with a brand new gas can, filled with the gas they removed. The whole process was handled with professionalism and care, and it really turned what could have been a disappointing situation into a positive one. Steve and the rest of the Fleet Farm team showed that they genuinely value their customers and stand behind the products they sell. This kind of customer service is rare nowadays. I left feeling valued and appreciated, and I'll definitely be continuing to shop at this location. Big thanks again to Steve and the team!

    Won't honor their own price match policy and when denying, they quote unwritten rules…read more I recently went in to purchase a resin shed, price matching to Home Depot. It was the same brand, model number, and condition (new, undamaged). However, they declined the match saying it had to be available for same day pickup AND within a 50 miles radius of the location I was at. No where in their published policy does it list either of those conditions. If that is true, update your policy or honor it. Don't makeup rules to justify denying a match.

    Ordered an Anderson Manufacturing upper receiver from WI Firearm Components in mid to late…read moreDecember, fast forward a month later and still no product has been received. Emailed back and forth countless times and was informed the product was in stock and not backordered. A month or so after that their story changed and 'the barrel is on backorder, but we expect it by the end of the week'. I then asked for a refund and their end went silent for quite some time. They then promised me a refund (that never came). Had to go through my bank to dispute the charge. They may be different in person, but I will never order anything through them again, and I will go out of my way to make sure this doesn't happen to anybody else. Buyer be warned.

    NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I know NOTHING about firearms, but, for various reasons,…read morerecently decided to get a rifle. Craig and Becky could have been judgmental of my novice status, but instead, not only welcomed me and treated me with respect and dignity, but really helped me get what I wanted. Craig guided me to buy a .22 rifle as a starter rifle, to get used to shooting comfortably. Then, when I wanted the Ruger Walnut stock on a rifle that came originally with a composite stock, he and Becky started a month-long journey of finding the stock, realizing the trigger guard was attached to original stock, ordering that, finding out internal pieces didn't fit and grinding the inside of the stock down to fit them, finding the trigger guard well was shaped differently and chiseling that out, finding the screws were too short and getting new ones that fit. It was nothing short of amazing. With this first gun, I wanted something special, and for me that was the Walnut stock - I got even more than that - a beautiful custom rifle which I am so happy with! Now, I'll be taking a rifle course with one of them to help me start my journey! I have rarely received such wonderful customer service nor met such great people. Please go here if you are looking for new or used guns AND great, knowledgeable people to buy them from. Whether you know nothing or everything about firearms you will not be disappointed!

    After not hearing back from Kilo I asked for a refund. They never responded. So I called my bank…read moreand reported the transaction as fraud. I was given my money bank immediately. I informed Kilo of the development and my initial review here. That was the first I've heard back from Dan regarding this purchase. He said he'd work on it but it's too late. I informed KRISS of all of this and they have worked very hard to make things right. Can't say enough good things about how well they've treated me. Very classy company that unfortunately has a shitty dealer selling their brand. I'll never do business with Kilo ever again. I'd warn everyone else who's considering saving a couple hundred bucks by buying through them. Don't do it! Dan is great to talk to but he's got a cash flow problem. Your money is paying his rent, utilities, bulk purchases, whatever. He's not buying your firearm with your money. In short. Kilo is a fraud. KRISS is upstanding. Don't buy with Kilo.

They responded quickly, which was good, and told me I'd have to call to order. I called the next day, navigated the phone tree, and spoke to a salesman for about 5 seconds. The salesman put me on hold for 20-30 minutes. I didn't have that much time to waste, so I hung up. When I called back a few hours later, I was told that they couldn't process any sales because their system was down. I gave them my information and they said they'd give me a call when it was back up. Two days later, I still hadn't heard from them so I sent another email. I never got a response, and still haven't gotten a call back (this all happened 2 weeks ago). If you want to do business with these people, get ready for the run around...or just shop elsewhere.
